How to do a quality meditation

Many margii didn't know how to do meditation. i observed so many years. Even acarya, should be a kind of pro sadhaka, still didnpt grasp the secret. From where to see it? No sadhmadhii shows no one is doing meditation.. not even kiirtan. remember the secret is this: " no breath, no thought"
