You have to know this first: It is not how much good food you eat. It is not how much nutrition you have every day. It is how good your organ is. When you have good organs. You can digest food easily, You can absorb what you need easily, You can get rid of the poison in your body easily. What is left with you is the sentient energy in you. Chinese term means five elements are in balance. In this way, you are making a very good condition for your sadhana. After Ba'Ba' adjusted my Manipura cakra, i could eat anything without a problem. Some vegetarians don't eat dairy food. Some are only raw. But they are still not healthy after years of diet change. You can never imagine how much change on my body after the touch. That's why i encourage people to do asana every day more than meditation. When you have a healthy body, you will have a healthy mind. When you have a healthy mind, you can be a right human being.
