Do Your Best, but Don't Force What Cannot Be Forced
In this life, there are simply too many things beyond our control.
Everyone carries their own burdens, like hidden currents beneath the surface that never find words.
Every situation comes with its own helplessness, like a ferry waiting endlessly for an arrival that never comes.
Since nothing in life can be perfect, don't keep your brow furrowed in worry.
Do your best, but don't force what cannot be forced.
Act according to your abilities, and live by the seasons of your own life.
Be a little gentler with yourself, and let the wind carry your tears away.
Be a little less concerned with being right all the time, and allow yourself to stop looking back.
When has life ever been flawless?
Who isn't stumbling forward while trying to save themselves along the way?
Don't cling to yesterday's regrets and refuse to let go.
Don't spend sleepless nights guarding tomorrow's worries.
Don't chase after someone else's shadow and forget your own path.
Don't trap yourself in dreams of perfection until your hair turns gray.

Amish Garden
The idea that Amish gardens have “no weeds” is a bit exaggerated, but many Amish gardeners are very good at weed control because they use old-fashioned intensive gardening methods consistently and early. Their gardens often look very clean because they combine several techniques together.
Here are the main methods commonly associated with Amish-style gardening:
1. Heavy Mulching
This is probably the biggest secret.
They cover bare soil with:
straw
hay
dried leaves
grass clippings
shredded bark
newspaper/cardboard under mulch
Mulch blocks sunlight so weed seeds cannot germinate.
For vegetable rows, straw mulch is especially common.
Example of straw mulch in vegetable gardens
7
Benefits:
fewer weeds
keeps soil moist
cooler roots in summer
less watering
improves soil over time
2. Hoeing Tiny Weeds Early
Amish gardeners usually do not wait until weeds get large.
They often:
hoe every few days
remove weeds when they are tiny “thread stage” seedlings
cultivate shallowly after rain
A sharp stirrup hoe or wheel hoe can clear a large garden quickly.
Traditional wheel hoes and hand cultivation
6
The key:
Small weeds are easy. Big weeds become a battle.
3. Close Plant Spacing
Once crops grow large enough, their leaves shade the soil.
This reduces weed growth naturally.
Common examples:
dense beans
squash spreading over soil
potatoes hilled closely
lettuce planted thickly
4. Deep Rich Soil
Healthy soil helps crops grow faster than weeds.
Many Amish families use:
composted manure
animal bedding
compost piles
crop rotation
Strong plants shade weeds sooner.
Compost-rich traditional gardens
6
5. Never Leave Soil Bare
Bare ground invites weeds.
After harvesting, they may:
plant cover crops
add mulch
sow fall rye or clover
This prevents weed seeds from taking over.
6. Consistent Daily Attention
A major difference is discipline.
Many Amish gardeners:
walk through gardens daily
remove a few weeds immediately
never let weeds seed
A 10-minute daily habit prevents huge weed problems later.
Practical “Amish-style” Weed Control Plan for Home Gardens
If you want similar results:
Put down cardboard/newspaper first
Add 3–6 inches of straw mulch
Water deeply but less often
Hoe tiny weeds once a week
Never leave empty soil exposed
Add compost every season
You can reduce weeds by 80–90% without chemicals.
One Important Thing
Even Amish gardens still have weeds. The difference is:
they prevent weeds early
they stay consistent
they use mulch heavily
they cultivate often
(Mulching)
How to Keep Cardboard from Moving
1. Wet the Ground First
Before laying cardboard:
water the soil lightly
damp soil helps cardboard stick better
Then wet the cardboard after placing it.
Wet cardboard becomes heavy and stays flatter.
2. Overlap the Pieces
Do not place cardboard edge-to-edge.
Overlap each piece by about:
4–6 inches
Otherwise weeds grow through cracks.
Example of overlapping cardboard sheet mulching
6
3. Put Mulch on Top Immediately
This is the real secret.
As soon as cardboard is down:
cover it with straw
leaves
wood chips
compost
Usually 3–6 inches thick.
The mulch weight holds the cardboard in place.
If you wait too long before mulching, wind will move it.
4. Use Rocks, Bricks, or Boards Temporarily
While working:
place rocks on corners
use bricks
put wood boards across edges
After mulch is added, you can remove them.
Using weights to hold cardboard
6
Important Tips
Remove Tape and Glossy Parts
Avoid:
plastic tape
shiny printed cardboard
wax-coated cardboard
Best cardboard:
plain brown boxes
shipping boxes
appliance boxes
Use Thick Layers for Bad Weed Areas
For strong weeds:
use 2 layers of cardboard
Especially for:
grass
crabgrass
invasive weeds
Punch Holes for Plants
For tomatoes, peppers, squash:
cut an X shape
plant through the opening
The cardboard slowly decomposes naturally.
A Very Easy Method
Many people do this:
mow grass very short
put cardboard directly over grass
soak with water
cover with 4–6 inches straw or wood chips
wait 2–4 weeks
plant into it
This kills most grass and weeds without digging.
One More Trick from Experienced Gardeners
Do the work:
after rain
OR
early morning when air is damp
Dry windy afternoons are the worst time to lay cardboard.
So the garden looks nearly weed-free most of the season.

Beneath the snowy mountains stands a felt tent,
filled with the fragrance of milk tea.
Mother softly hums an ancient melody,
as the wind brushes across her face,
making time itself feel gentle.
She stitches all her love and concern
into the bag I carry on my journey.
Grandma, Grandma, my beloved Grandma,
your love is as vast and boundless as the grasslands.
Your heartfelt long song carries deep affection,

Who is Evil?
Mayadish studied the history of England. While studying English history, he came to the conclusion that “China is evil.” If China is evil, that would mean that Chinese people are evil. It is an interesting conclusion. What was the logic behind it? I do not know. But the conclusion itself is important: that Chinese people are evil. BaBa said in Supreme Command, “Without Yama and Niyama, Sadhana is an impossibility.” This means that if a person does not follow Yama and Niyama, they cannot properly practice meditation.
According to that logic, Chinese people should not be able to meditate. However, when BaBa visited China in 1978. He said that the best meditators were from China.
So, is Mayadish evil, or are the Chinese evil? I believe Mayadish has not been able to practice meditation properly for many years already.

east rise and west fall
To understand the American character, we all know this is an empire that cannot tolerate even a grain of sand in its eyes. Back then, the Soviet Union merely flexed a little muscle and was dragged into a Cold War that ultimately destroyed it. Japan only bought a few major buildings in the United States, and then came the Plaza Accord, which broke its backbone. The European Union had just begun issuing the euro to challenge the U.S. dollar, and war erupted right on its doorstep. America’s methods for taking down the number-two power are practically written into textbooks — a pirate instinct carved into the genes of the Anglo-Saxons.

Lavender
Hey plant lovers, Welcome back to Plantillee. Today we're talking about lavender and specifically about the handful of things I learned that completely transformed how mind grows because for years I was making mistakes with lavender that I didn't even know were mistakes. And I'm willing to bet you're making at least two of them right now. Lavender is one of those plants that seems like it should be easy. It grows wild across the Mediterranean. It survives on rocky hillsides with almost no soil and no irrigation. It thrives in conditions that would kill most garden plants. So when you bring one home, stick it in a nice pot with good soil. Water it regularly and give it a comfortable spot on your porch. You expect it to do great, and then it doesn't. The leaves go gray, the stems get woody and bare at the base, the flowers are sparse or nonexistent, and within a year or two, the plant looks like it's given up on life. The problem isn't that lavender is hard to grow. The problem is that almost everything we instinctively do to take care of a plant is the opposite of what lavender wants. And once you understand why, once you stop treating lavender like a regular house plant and start treating it like what it actually is, a Mediterranean drought survivor that thrives on neglect and stress, everything changes, the growth changes, the fragrance changes, the blooming changes. Before we get into it. Hit subscribe if you want real, practical plant knowledge every week. Plantillee is for people who want their plants to actually thrive, not just survive. Let me start with the single most important thing I learned, because this one detail fixed more problems than everything else combined. Lavender does not want rich soil. It wants poor, fast draining, almost gravelly soil. This goes against every instinct most plant owners have. When we buy a new plant, we give it the best potting mix we can find. Rich, dark, moisture-retaining, full of organic matter. And for most plants, that works. But for lavender? The rich soil is a death sentence in slow motion. Here's why. Lavender evolved on limestone hillsides and rocky coastal slopes around the Mediterranean Sea in southern France, Spain, Italy, Greece and Turkey. The soil in those environments is shallow, alkaline, mineral-rich but nutrient-poor, and drained so fast that water passes through within minutes of a rainstorm. The roots are never sitting in moisture. They're in a well-aerated, almost gritty medium that dries out quickly and completely between rains. When you put lavender and standard potting mix, which is designed to hold moisture, the roots stay wet for too long. Lavender roots are extremely susceptible to fungal root rot. They didn't evolve to handle persistent moisture. In the wild, they deal with brief, intense rainstorms followed by days or weeks of dry heat. Constant dampness around the roots creates conditions for fungi that the plant has no defense against. The roots decay, nutrient uptake fails, the foliage grays out, and the plant slowly dies from the ground up while you keep watering it, making the problem worse with every well-intentioned drink. The fix is simple and immediate. Mix your potting soil with at least 30 to 50% perlite, coarse sand, or fine gravel. Some lavender growers go even further using a mix that's 70% mineral material and only 30% organic potting mix. In the ground, heavy clay or rich garden soil with sand and gravel before planting. If your soil doesn't drain fast enough that water runs through it visibly within seconds of pouring, it's too heavy for lavender. This single change, switching from moisture retentive soil to fast draining gritty mix will fix more lavender problems than any other adjustment you can make. The plant will respond within weeks, roots will recover, new growth will be firmer and more aromatic, and the woody bear stem problem that kills most lavender plants starts at the root level, literally, with soil that stays too wet. The second revelation was about watering, and it connects directly to the soil issue. Lavender needs dramatically less water than most people give it. Once established, A lavender plant in the ground in most of the United States needs supplemental watering only during extended dry spells, and even then, a deep soak once every two to three weeks is enough. In a pot, water only when the soil is completely dry, not just. surface dry, but dry 2 to 3 inches down. Stick your finger in. If there's any moisture at all, wait! Over watering lavender doesn't just cause root rot. It also reduces the concentration of essential oils in the leaves and flowers, which is what gives lavender its fragrance. Research on lavender oil production and commercial farming confirms this. Plants grown under mild drought stress consistently produce higher concentrations of linalool and linalyl acetate, the two primary aromatic compounds in lavender oil then plants that receive regular irrigation. The plant produces more fragrance when it's slightly thirsty. Comfort makes it lazy. Stress makes it aromatic.
This is why lavender grows in Provence. 500. Smells more intensely than lavender grown in a well-watered American garden. It's not the variety, it's the growing conditions. Hot, dry, nutrient-poor, wind-exposed, and neglected by any standard normal plant care. And the lavender responds by producing the most concentrated, fragrant oils it can. The stress is the signal. The fragrance is the response. The third revelation was about pruning, and this is the one that prevents the number one cosmetic problem with lavender, the woody, leggy, bare-stemmed look that makes older plants look like they're dying even when they're technically alive. Lavender grows on a woody base. Every year, the lower portions of the stems harden into wood while new soft green growth emerges from the top. If you never prune, the plant grows taller and taller on an increasingly woody skeleton. The base becomes bare. The green growth retreats to the tips. The plant looks like a stick with a small tuft of leaves at the top. It's still alive, but it's ugly, and it blooms less every year. Here's the critical rule that changed everything for me. Never cut into the woody part of the stem. Lavender cannot regenerate from old wood. If you cut a stem below the point where green growth exists, that stem will never produce new growth again. It's dead. This is the opposite of most shrubs, which can be hard pruned to the ground and come back. Lavender can't do that. Once wood is wood, it's done. The correct technique is to prune into the soft green growth only; about 1/3 of the way down from the top, shaping the plant into a rounded mound. Do this twice a year. Once in early spring after the last frost when you can see new green growth emerging, and once in late summer after the main bloom is finished. Each pruning stimulates branching, which keeps the plant dense, compact and full of the green growth that produces both leaves and flowers. If you start this from the plant's first year, you'll maintain a tight, rounded, heavily flowering bush for 10 to 15 years.
If you've neglected pruning for several years and the plant is already woody and bare at the base. You can sometimes rescue it with a gradual renovation. Cut back 1/3 of the oldest stems each year over three years, allowing new growth to slowly replace the woody skeleton. But not every plant recovers from this. Prevention is far easier than rescue. The 4th revelation was about sunlight, and this one is straightforward but worth emphasizing. Because it's the second most common reason lavender doesn't bloom. Lavender needs a minimum of six hours of direct sun per day. Not bright indirect light, not morning sun with afternoon shade. Direct, full unfiltered sunlight for six hours minimum, 8 hours, ideal. In the Mediterranean, lavender grows on open south-facing hillsides where there's zero shade from dawn to dusk. When you place lavender on a north-facing porch, under a tree canopy, or in a spot that only gets a few hours of morning light, you're depriving it of the energy it needs to produce flowers. The plant might survive in partial shade, but it won't bloom well, and the growth will be laggy and weak as it stretches toward whatever light it can find.
If you're growing 805 Wing lavender indoors, it needs the brightest window you have, ideally S facing, and even then supplemental grow lighting during winter makes a significant difference. Indoor lavender is challenging precisely because most homes can't provide the light intensity this plant evolved for. It's not impossible. But it requires the sunniest spot in your home and realistic expectations about bloom quantity compared to outdoor plants. The 5th revelation was about fertilizer, and this one is simple. Don't !
Lavender needs almost no fertilizer in its native environment. It grows in nutritionally poor soil and thrives because of it, not despite it. High nitrogen fertilizers cause lavender to produce soft, floppy, leggy growth. With reduced oil content and fewer flowers, the plant grows bigger but weaker, more susceptible to disease, and less fragrant. If you feel compelled to fertilize, use a light application of a low-nitrogen, higher potassium formula once in early spring. But honestly, most lavender performs better with no fertilizer at all, especially if it's planted in amended soil with some mineral content. The plant finds what it needs. It's been doing that on rocky Mediterranean hillsides for thousands of years without anyone helping. The 6th revelation was about air flow, and this is one that indoor growers and container gardeners. Often missed entirely, lavender needs excellent air circulation around its foliage and especially around its base. In the wild, it grows on exposed hillsides where wind moves constantly through the plants. That wind does two things it keeps humidity low around the leaves, preventing fungal diseases, and it dries the soil surface quickly after rain. Protecting the roots In a still humid indoor environment or in a crowded garden bed where plants are packed too close together, moisture lingers on the leaves and around the crown. That's an invitation for grey mold, powdery mildew, and crown rot. Space your lavender plants at least two to three feet apart outdoors. Indoors, place them where air moves. Near a window that opens, or use a small fan to create gentle circulation. Now let me talk about varieties, because choosing the right lavender for your climate is something most people get wrong, and it's a mistake you can't fix with better care. English lavender, Lavandula angustifolia, is the classic variety and the heartiest. It survives winters and zones. 5 through 9 produce the most intensely fragrant flowers and are the types used in essential oil production. If you live anywhere in the continental United States except the Deep South or extreme desert southwest, English lavender is your best bet. Popular cultivars include Hid Coat, which has deep purple flowers on compact plants and. Instead, which is slightly shorter and excellent for borders and containers, French lavender Lavandula dentata has serrated leaves and blooms almost continuously in mild climates, but can't handle cold winters. It's ideal for zones 8 through 11, which means coastal California, the Gulf Coast, and the low elevation SW. It's beautiful, but it won't survive a Northeast or Midwest winter outdoors. Spanish lavender, Lavandula stokas, is the showiest variety, with distinctive rabbit ear petals on top of the flower heads. It's also a warm climate, only zones 7 through 10, and it's the most sensitive to humidity if you live in the humid Southeast. Spanish lavender will struggle even if temperatures are warm enough. Lavandin, Lavandula X intermedia, is a hybrid between English lavender and spike lavender. It produces the largest plants, the most flowers, and the highest oil yield. Province Grosso and Phenomenal are popular cultivars. Lavandin. Is more heat-tolerant than English lavender and is the variety you see in those iconic purple fields across southern France. If you want the biggest, most dramatic lavender display, Lavandin is the choice, and phenomenal in particular was bred for humidity tolerance, making it the best option for the Mid-Atlantic and Upper South. Let me bring this together with the seasonal care timeline that puts everything into practice in early spring. Once the last frost has passed and you see new green growth emerging from the base, do your first pruning. Shape the plant into a rounded mound, cutting into the green growth only, removing about 1/3. Clean up any dead stems from winter. This is the only time you might lightly fertilize if you're going to it. All late spring through summer is the hands-off. Water only when the soil is completely dry. Deadhead spent flower stalks by cutting them back to the first set of leaves below the flower. This encourages repeat blooming and varieties that rebloom, and keeps the plant looking tidy. Harvest flowers for drying when the buds are showing. Color but not fully open. That's when oil concentration peaks. Late summer, after the main bloom is finished. Do your second prune. Same technique, 1/3 off the green growth, shaping into a mound. This pruning prepares the plant for fall and prevents it from going into winter with long, vulnerable stems that can break under snow. More ice. And here's a bonus that comes from that late summer prune. Every stem you cut is a potential new plant. Lavender propagates easily from cuttings, which means one healthy plant can become ten within a single season. Take 4-inch cuttings from semi-hardwood stems, meaning stems that are partially woody at the base but still green and flexible. The tip Strip the lower leaves. Dip the cut end in rooting hormone if you have it, though it's not strictly necessary. Stick the cuttings into a pot of damp perlite or a 5050 mix of perlite and sand. Keep them in bright, indirect light, mist lightly every couple of days, and within four to six weeks, you'll have rooted cuttings ready to pot up individually. This is how lavender farms in Providence multiply their stock. It's how American herb gardeners have been sharing lavender for generations. And it means your investment in one good lavender plant can furnish your entire porch, your garden border, and your neighbor's window box for free. One more thing about harvesting, because timing this correctly makes the difference between lavender that smells incredible. And lavender that smells like dried grass. The best time to harvest lavender flowers for drying is when about half the buds on a flower spike have opened and the other half are still closed. That's when the essential oil concentration peaks. If you wait until all the buds are fully open, you've already lost a significant percentage of the volatile aromatic compounds to evaporation. The scent is literally floating away in the air you're enjoying, which is great for your garden experience, but not great for your dried lavender bundles. Cut the stems long, at least 8 to 10 inches. Bundle 5 to 10 stems together with a rubber band or string. Hang the bundles upside down in a dark, dry, well-ventilated space. The Closet. Covered porch or a dry basement works well. Direct sunlight fades the color and degrades the oils, so darkness matters. In one to two weeks, the flowers will be fully dry and the fragrance will be concentrated and preserved, stored in an airtight container away from light. Dried lavender retains its scent for a year or more. Foam stop watering. Seriously, unless you're in an extreme drought, your lavender doesn't need supplemental water going into dormancy. The drier it goes into winter, the better it handles the cold. In zones 5 and 6, a light layer of gravel mulch around the base, not bark mulch which holds moisture, protects the crown from freeze thaw cycles. Winter, leave it alone. Resist the urge to prune. Resist the urge to tidy up dead looking growth. Lavender is dormant. The dead looking stems above the woody base are protecting the crown and the dormant buds inside. Wait until spring until you see green before you touch it. If you follow this timeline consistently, year after year, your lavender will develop into a dense. Grounded, heavily flowering Bush that lives for 10 to 15 years or more produces increasingly intense fragrance as it matures and requires less attention with each passing season. The first two years require the most discipline. After that, lavender rewards patience with compound interest. Everything I've described comes down to one principle. Stop treating lavender like it needs your help. Give it some drainage, air, and space. Water it less, feed it less. Prune it twice a year and leave it alone the rest of the time. The plant knows how to grow. It's been doing it on Mediterranean hillsides since before recorded history. Your job isn't to nurture it. Your job is to. To create the conditions that evolved for and get out of the way. Since I learned that my lavender has never looked better. If this changed how you think about lavender care, subscribe to Plan Tellier. Tell me in the comments, what's been your biggest struggle with lavender? I want to hear it. Take care of your plants dot DO take care of your plants.

The issue of Japanese reparations to China has remained a topic of debate between scholars and political leaders for decades after the war. In fact, Chiang Kai-shek never softened his position on reparations, and he also agreed that part of Japan’s postwar compensation could be paid in goods and materials. In his August 15, 1945 address to the Chinese people and the world announcing victory in the War of Resistance, Chiang Kai-shek made his attitude toward postwar Japan very clear. He said that the Chinese people must understand that “not dwelling on past evils” and “treating others with kindness” are among the highest and noblest virtues of the Chinese nation. He stated that China had always regarded only Japan’s militarist warlords as the enemy, not the Japanese people themselves. Now that the enemy forces had been defeated jointly by China and the Allied powers, China would, of course, strictly punish them and faithfully carry out all the terms of surrender. In his August 15 declaration, he said that China should “treat others with kindness”; China was not seeking revenge, not “an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.” However, Japan still had to make reparations in accordance with the decisions of the Potsdam Conference. The Generalissimo took this matter very seriously and attached great importance to it, because both he and the Chinese government hoped to use those reparations materials to rebuild and revitalize China’s industry. In a sense, Chiang Kai-shek was also treated unfairly. The representatives he sent to Japan argued fiercely with the Japanese side, pounding the table and demanding reparations. But later, the Americans informed Chiang Kai-shek that the U.S. government did not want China to demand reparations from Japan, because the United States needed to rebuild Japan in order to resist the Soviet Union. The Americans told Chiang Kai-shek: China needs money, and in the future, the United States will provide it. But did America actually provide it? No. It was not until after the Korean War that American aid finally arrived. And even then, that aid was not simply given to China for free — it had to be repaid with interest.

EM1 means Effective Microorganism One
“EM”是 Effective Microorganisms(有效微生物) 的缩写。
Activated EM,AEM,
活化EM(AEM)的常见制作方法
In farming, “EM1” usually refers to Effective Microorganisms 1, a liquid mixture of beneficial microbes developed by Teruo Higa in Japan.
It is used in natural farming, composting, gardening, livestock care, and soil improvement.
What is inside EM1?
EM1 contains living beneficial microorganisms such as:
Lactic acid bacteria
Yeasts
Photosynthetic bacteria
Fermenting fungi and microbes
These microbes are considered “good bacteria” that help create a healthier biological environment in soil and organic matter.
Farmers usually dilute EM1 with water and sometimes molasses before spraying it on:
soil
compost
crops
animal waste
ponds
Why do farmers use EM1?
Farmers use EM1 mainly to improve soil biology and reduce dependence on chemicals.
1. Improve soil health
EM1 helps increase microbial activity in the soil.
Healthy microbes can:
break down organic matter faster
improve nutrient availability
make soil softer and more fertile
2. Better plant growth
Some farmers report:
stronger roots
greener leaves
improved crop vigor
higher yields
especially when soil life has been damaged by heavy chemical use.
3. Reduce bad smell and rot
EM1 is often used in:
compost piles
animal farms
manure systems
because it can reduce foul odors by encouraging fermentation instead of putrefaction.
4. Compost faster
EM1 speeds up decomposition of:
leaves
straw
kitchen waste
manure
This helps create compost more quickly.
5. Reduce chemical fertilizer use
Some farmers use EM1 to reduce:
synthetic fertilizer
pesticides
herbicides
although results vary depending on soil condition and farming practices.
Why is it called “EM1”?
“EM” means Effective Microorganisms.
“EM1” is the original concentrated microbial solution.
Farmers often make a secondary activated form called:
EM Activated Solution
AEM (Activated EM)
by mixing:
EM1
molasses
water
and fermenting it for several days.
Does it really work?
There are mixed opinions.
Supporters say:
soil becomes healthier
crops become stronger
less odor and disease
more sustainable farming
Critics say:
scientific evidence is inconsistent
results depend heavily on soil and management
some benefits may come simply from adding organic matter
In practice, many organic and natural farmers still like using EM1 because it is relatively inexpensive and low risk.
Here are some common farming uses of EM1:

The difference between American and Indian
There is something very interesting about American margiis or acarya. When discussing philosophy, if they discover that your understanding or insight is higher than theirs, they suddenly stop talking and no longer want to discuss with you. From then on, they may even ignore you completely and stop exchanging namaskar with you.
Indians are different. Several times, I discussed philosophy with teachers from the training center. Even if they realized that your understanding and insight were deeper or more advanced than theirs, they would still continue to interact with you, and you could even sense a trace of admiration from them.

kill 100,000 yound man in Singapore
During the Second World War, Japan invaded Singapore. More than 100,000 ethnic Chinese youths were taken out and executed by gunfire.
how do you know people
i know how to read people. face reading. when BaBA saw me, he reconized me as an saint. He was so happy to see me. Anisha saw me she saw her anemy. so you know what Anisha is. She likes to gasip people. i saw some, not many people like gasip, the one who likes gosip, easily to be Anisha's friend.
This is exactly how I am.
This is exactly how I am. Right now, calm your mind. Put down whatever you’re holding. Stop scrolling through useless short videos on your cell. Stop listening to quack doctors talking nonsense. And stop letting medical checkup reports scare you out of your wits.
Today I’m telling you this: if there is a crease on your earlobe, then you must carry a heavenly destiny. You are born with extraordinary fortune and benefactors who will protect you throughout your life.
Don’t think this is just face reading. I’m telling you, this is rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, hidden within the I Ching. It is part of the laws that have governed heaven and earth for billions of years. It is an innate code carved into your physical body, a seal stamped on you by Heaven itself, ironclad proof that your life is destined to be extraordinary.
Many people live their entire lives without understanding the signs on their own bodies. The moment they notice an extra crease on their earlobe, they panic. They search online, they ask doctors. The doctor takes one look and immediately says things like “poor microcirculation,” “arteriosclerosis,” “warning sign of heart disease,” or “risk of stroke.” They scare you so badly that you can’t eat, can’t sleep, and live every day in fear. What is this called? This is being blind with your eyes open. This is being deceived by appearances. This is begging for food while holding a golden rice bowl in your hands.
Today I’m telling you: that neat crease on your earlobe is not illness, not disaster, not misfortune. It is the mark of your awakened destiny. It is a sign that your blessings have begun to unfold. It is the signal that your luck with helpful people is fully opening. It is proof that in this lifetime, you are destined to rise up, stand out, enjoy blessings, and accomplish great things.
Now touch your own earlobe with your hand—that soft, thick piece of flesh. Touch it carefully, slowly, quietly. If you feel one crease, or even several clean, even folds, as though they were cut by a blade, then do not doubt, do not hesitate, and do not be afraid.
You should congratulate yourself. You are not an ordinary person. You came into this world carrying a heavenly destiny. You were born with blessings and good fortune. In this lifetime, you are destined to have people protecting you, success in your endeavors, wealth to gain, and blessings to enjoy.
All the suffering you endured, all the pain you carried, all the hardships you survived—every one of them was preparing the way for this mark today. All of it was meant to awaken the heavenly destiny sleeping within you.

731
“731”… What is 731? Have you heard of this “lab”? It was actually a facility that researched how to kill people efficiently and cheaply. Some countries still use these methods today. 731; As we knew
The killing capacity of Japanese soldiers was astonishing, and their methods of killing were even more horrifying. In the past, we have had detailed records and accounts of the tragic events of the Nanjing Massacre and the “Three Alls Policy.” Such cruel and cold-blooded atrocities seemed to represent the very limit of human brutality.
But what you may never have imagined is that, during the war, there existed an even more inhumane plot for mass killing. Under Japanese planning, this scheme was being carried out secretly. Had it succeeded, the harm it would have inflicted upon humanity would have far exceeded that of the Nanjing Massacre and the Three Alls Policy.
“731” was the designation of a Japanese military unit devoted to researching bacteria and creating plagues as weapons to kill people. Its headquarters was located in a place called Pingfang, more than twenty kilometers south of Harbin in Heilongjiang Province.
After Japan’s defeat in 1945, this “city of death,” occupying 36 square kilometers and containing more than 150 buildings, was demolished by Japanese military engineers in just three days. In the days before August 15, 1945, Japanese imperial forces destroyed the entire germ-warfare factory in order to erase all evidence of their crimes. During the demolition, the explosions could clearly be seen and heard from nearby areas, with flames lighting up the sky. At the same time, large numbers of animals were released. To wipe out all traces of their unspeakable crimes, the more than two thousand Japanese personnel who left Pingfang were forced to swear an oath:
1. To forget everything that had happened there and never speak of it for the rest of their lives.
2. Never again to associate with former colleagues.
3. Never to hold public office in the future.
To this day, most former members of Unit 731 kept their oath and carried the secret to their graves. Yet a small number of Japanese participants, unable to bear the burden of conscience, eventually stepped forward to testify about the crimes they had committed. Much of today’s research on Unit 731 has been pieced together from their testimonies and surviving documents. Even so, what these individuals knew represented only a small part of the full story. The people who truly experienced the terror of 731 were more than three thousand Chinese victims, including a small number of Mongolians and Soviets. None survived the endless torment and torture; not a single person walked out of Pingfang alive.
The evil of the 731 incident was not limited to the atrocities committed in Pingfang and elsewhere. After the war, because of political intervention and shameful deals among powerful nations, the entire affair was deliberately obscured and distorted for more than thirty years. Only in recent decades has the truth gradually been revealed. Faced with overwhelming evidence, we are forced to confront accounts almost too horrifying to read.
To test the human tolerance for poison gas, a White Russian mother and daughter were sent into a gas chamber while doctors observed their reactions through a glass window. The mother threw herself over her child in a desperate attempt to protect her, convulsing until death.
To study frostbite, test subjects were forced to stand barefoot in temperatures of minus forty degrees until their legs froze so solidly that striking them produced a wooden knocking sound. One surviving photograph of such frostbite experiments has become infamous.
Researchers also confined infected individuals together with healthy people to observe and record the entire process of infection. Vivisection — experimentation on living human beings — was the fundamental method of Unit 731’s research. Because anesthetics could alter bodily conditions and affect experimental results, many victims were dissected alive without anesthesia.
The scope of the 731 incident was enormous. After the war, the United States, the Soviet Union, Japan, and other countries produced countless investigations and reports about the case. It is difficult to present a complete picture in a short time, but one name must be remembered: Shiro Ishii. He was the chief planner, promoter, and executor of Japan’s biological warfare program.
Shiro Ishii was born into a prominent family in Kamo Village, Chiba Prefecture. It was said that he was exceptionally intelligent from childhood, able to memorize books after reading them once. In 1922, he graduated from Kyoto Imperial University. Standing about 1.8 meters tall, Ishii was driven by intense imperialist ideology and joined the military as an army doctor. This was near the end of World War I.
In 1925, twenty-nine nations met in Geneva and, on humanitarian grounds, agreed to prohibit the use of poison gas and biological weapons. However, the United States and Japan did not sign the agreement. Ishii believed that if a weapon was terrifying, then it must also be effective. He became increasingly obsessed with biological warfare research. In 1927, he earned a doctorate in pathology and bacteriology and married Toshiko, the daughter of the university president Araki.
Afterward, Ishii traveled at his own expense through nearly thirty countries in Europe and America. Witnessing the military and scientific achievements of the Western powers only strengthened his determination to develop biological weapons for Japan. Upon returning home, he vigorously promoted his germ-warfare plans, claiming that all major Western nations were secretly conducting similar research. According to scholar Wu Tianwei, Ishii argued that biological warfare was highly effective and inexpensive — “the poor man’s atomic bomb,” ideally suited to Japan’s national conditions.
Soon he gained support from army officials, including Nagata and Araki Sadao, and began small-scale research at the Epidemic Prevention Research Laboratory of the Army Medical School in what is now Shinjuku, Tokyo. After the Mukden Incident, Ishii established a facility at Beiyinhe, northeast of Harbin, under official orders from the Japanese Army Ministry to develop biological weapons. During this period, the unit publicly operated under the name “Kwantung Army Epidemic Prevention and Water Supply Department.”
The unit invented the Ishii-style water filter, which solved drinking water problems for the army and even earned imperial praise. In reality, Ishii devoted his entire life to two subjects: plague and water quality. The horrifying contradiction was that he kept the beneficial results for himself while using the destructive applications against others.
Ishii worked tirelessly to cultivate powerful connections and promote himself. By 1936, one year before the outbreak of the Second Sino-Japanese War, his efforts paid off. According to Wu Tianwei, Emperor Hirohito ordered the expansion and renaming of two biological warfare units: one became Unit 100 in Changchun’s Mengjiatun area, while the other expanded near Harbin at Beiyinhe. Hirohito reportedly also provided Ishii with 250,000 yen in funding. Later-discovered documents revealed the official paper trail behind these funds. Supported by these authorizations and seals, Ishii launched his machinery of death.
By 1941, when the unit was officially designated as “Unit 731,” the organization publicly known as the Kwantung Army Epidemic Prevention and Water Supply Department had already grown to more than three thousand personnel. Later interviews in Tokyo included testimony from former Unit 731 member Yoshio Shinozuka.
Yoshio Shinozuka:
I was once a member of Unit 731. On May 12 of that year, I arrived in Harbin, at a place called “Pingfang,” about 25 kilometers south of the city. The area had been designated as a special military zone.
Our unit was commonly known as the Ishii Unit, and later renamed the Kamo Unit, or Unit 731. Although these names were used internally, externally it was uniformly referred to as the Kwantung Army Epidemic Prevention and Water Supply Department. In reality, however, “Pingfang” was continuously producing large quantities of pathogens and conducting research on cultivating bacteria for the purpose of launching biological warfare. Later, it went even further by carrying out live human experiments.
It truly could be described as a highly advanced industrial city with fully developed scientific facilities. It included massive R&D institutions, manufacturing plants, and land and air transportation systems. But what deserves particular attention are the Fourth Division, responsible for production, and the First Division.
I mainly belonged to the research department. As I mentioned, most of the people in the First Division were university professors, associate professors, lecturers, and teaching assistants. These individuals were gathered and organized into that department, where many major experiments were conducted. There is absolutely no doubt about this.
According to statistics, beginning in 1938, Shiro Ishii used military orders to recruit more than one thousand outstanding scientists from famous universities throughout Japan to participate in this killing program. Even so, Ishii’s problems were not easily solved. Causing death with bacteria was one thing; using bacteria effectively as weapons for killing was another. He needed to determine which bacteria were most effective, how to cultivate them, package them, transport them, and spread them as epidemics in order to achieve the greatest lethal effect.
This entire chain of technical problems was efficiently answered through live human experimentation. Ishii understood very clearly that these acts were inhumane, which is why he referred to the square building at Pingfang as “the secret within secrets.”

Several herbs are well known for helping repel mosquitoes naturally:
Citronella — one of the most famous mosquito-repelling plants; often used in candles and oils.
Lavender — mosquitoes dislike its scent, while many people find it pleasant.
Basil — especially lemon basil and cinnamon basil can help deter mosquitoes.
Mint — peppermint and spearmint may repel mosquitoes and other insects.
Rosemary — good around patios; the smell becomes stronger when leaves are crushed or burned lightly.
Lemongrass — contains citronella compounds naturally.
Catnip — some studies found it can repel mosquitoes effectively.
Marigold — often planted near vegetables to discourage insects.

Tapeshwarananda's experience with BaBa
"Ekoham Bahuswami!! I was alone in the universe, but I created Myself into many!" Taraka Brahma Anandmurti...
This is a story taken from the book "LIVING WITH BABA" by Ac. Tapeshwarananda Avt. DPS Central Secretary of Baba for more than 20 years. He worked directly with Baba for all that time and he used to give masage to BABA everynight. He is one the highest blessed bhaktas of Baba. I worked directly under him as SS of SDM and PMSA for NY & GT Sectors from1978 till 1981.. This is Dada Tapeshwaranandajii's own story...
" The PA (personal assistant - Dada Ramanandajii) informed Baba that I was waiting outside . Baba called me inside. I did saustaunga pranama. He asked me "from where did you learn the vidya(knowledge) that you taught to your GTS (General Training Secretary of all Training Centers of AM)?" I was then working as DPS-Central. DPS is the controller of SDM (Seva Dharma Mission) and all the Ananda Marga Training Centers. Actually, that day the Training Center report was to be given to Baba. I was supposed to present the report. However, according to Baba's reporting system, if the GTS was present, he could also present the report...
Baba was then not in the mood to hear any organizational report. In his eagerness to present the report, the GTS Dada did not realize that Baba didn't want any report. He reported on the activities of the training centers. Baba patiently listened to him for sometime, and then after a while casually asked him whether he knew of a certain trainee about whom he gave a detailed description. Dada became visibly nervous and started to fidget anxiously. He had deliberately omitted to mention this particular trainee in his report, as he did not want to present any negative news to Baba. The trainee had, in fact, left the training center prematurely, as he could not adjust to the spartan life of a trainee monk. Baba was obviously enjoying the drama. He then took it to a completely different level to make it more melodramatic. He told dada that He did not know anything. However, if dada held held HIS big toe, HE would know everything in detail about the trainee. HE then instructed dada to catch hold of HIS toe. The moment he touches HIS toe, BABA told everything in detail about the boy. Then, BABA joked with the GTS dada. BABA asked him, "From where did you learn the vidya (knowledge) so that the moment you touch ME, I am able to tell you everything about that boy. Perhaps, DPS (Tapeshwarananda) has taught you this!"
Dada could only reply, "No BABA. I dont know anything, but YOU know everything!" When dada could not give a proper answer, HE called all the dadas into HIS room and asked them for the scientific explanation of the phenomenon. No one could give the correct answer. At that moment I entered the HIS room. He asked me the same question and I gave a similar reply as the others, "YOU know everything, BABA. We don't know anything."
As we were all assembled in HIS room massaging HIM, we noticed that HE appeared to move into a completely different world. HE changed into a totally different mood. HE was in a half lying position, with one elbow on the bed and head resting on HIS hand. It is called VISHNU MUDRA. We remained silent and continued masaging HIS body.
After a few seconds, HE exclaimed, " Ekaham Bahuswami"- I was alone in the universe, but I created myself into many."
HE then became silent...A strange thing happened. While massaging BABA, I suddenly could not feel HIS body at all. I was shocked. I looked at the other dadas and each of them silently expressed the same feeling. For a few seconds, everyone felt that HE did not have a physical body, even though HE was clearly visible. It was as if HE were an entity of light without any solid form. Then, slowly, HIS body began to solidify, back to normal. "Now I am in KALPATARU MUDRA. Only MAHASAMBHUTI has this capacity. Whatever you want, you have only to ask ME. I will grant it."
BABA first asked the Press Secretary, "If you want this power, then the moment you open your eyes you will see that in every diocese of the world, from Bombay to Berlin, you will have a press. Do you want this power?" Dada remained silent.
Then , BABA said to the Children's Home Secretary. "You are struggling to open homes. If you want, then the momnet you open your eyes, you will find a healthy children's home in every diocese."
After thab BABA asked me, "You are DPS, every month you need to send circulars and vaniis and registration forms to thousands of Ananda Marga units. If you have the power then all your worl will be done." I remained silent too.
Then, BABA said, "Whatever OCCULT POWER. whatever SPIRITUAL POWER you all want, ask me now!"
Then BABA offered a particular dada the highest occult power ANTARYAMITVA SIDDHI, which is the very power to know the inner nature of anything.
There was pin-drop silence in the room. The room was filled with a sweet smell. The atmosphere was beautiful, intensely spiritual. BABA then said, "All you are correct. As a human being, there is nothing to ask from PARAMA PURUSA. HE knows everything. If HE sees that you are in need of anything, HE will give it to you - You are only to see HIS Divine Liila!
HE continued, "There is only one thing to asked HIM. Ask HIM for pure love and devotion, so that all the time you can stay at HIS feet. This is only possible by the grace of Parama Purusa. You are all the sons of HIM. HE is ready to give whatever HE wants as per HIS desire. HE is your FATHER. It is HIS duty to give you what you need. There is no reason to ask HIM."

“Ekoham Bahuswami!! —— Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar
“那天,PA(私人助理——Ramanandaji)告诉 Baba,我正在外面等候。
DPS 负责 SDM(Seva Dharma Mission)以及所有的 Ananda Marga 培训中心。
也许是 DPS(Tapeshwarananda)教你的?’
Baba
Dada
Baba

spiritual lessons 1
...............Where is BaBA? We are looking for Him.
Didi Rukmini took us going around the airport. To the eastside. No, to the westside, No, can not find it. . No, to the westside, No, can not find it. No, to the westside, No, can not find it. to the Northside, no, to the southside, still no.
Many people here, even acaryas, don’t know the proper way to do chair meditation because BaBa hasn’t taught them how to do it. That’s why they don’t know what to do or how to do it, and all of them are doing it the wrong way.
Do you know what meridians are? Do you know what nadis and cakras are? Do you know the difference?
People now come to me and show me special respect. Every year, there are always two or three people who come to pay their respects.
...............It was nighttime, and we were on Yangming Mountain. Baba had a routine of going for a walk twice a day. According to His will or physical instructions, important margiis, dadas, or didis would sometimes accompany Him.
We were walking through a cemetery area. As we passed a gravesite, Baba stepped inside and prepared to sit. His P.A. gestured to a VSS to place a blanket on a stone stool. Baba sat on the stool, and I stood in front of Him. Whenever I was with Him, I was always arranged to be close by.
Baba took a pen from His pocket. Ramananda prepared a sheet of paper and handed it to Him. Baba began to draw a cross. As He drew, He explained, “This line is prakriti, and this line is purusha.” Then He added another line and said, “This shows the direction of movement.”
Before He finished His explanation, I entered nirvikalpa samadhi.
When I came out of samadhi, no one was there. Everyone had followed Baba to wherever He had gone. I was alone in that place. I saw Baba’s seat, and the blanket He had been sitting on was still there. I thought Ramananda or the VSS must have forgotten to take it.
I picked it up and held it to my heart. At that moment, I felt the kundalini—“Hum… Hum…”—rising from the base of my spine up to the anahata chakra.
When Baba came to Taiwan, He gave me tremendous energy and uplifted my kundalini many times. This time, I was standing when I entered nirvikalpa samadhi.
Interesting—samadhi while standing.
I have been here for over forty years, and I haven’t seen anyone enter samadhi. The experience of samadhi is very important. Only in samadhi can you truly understand Him.
Without the experience of samadhi, there is no way to truly know Him; there is no way to understand Parama Purusha. Without samadhi, it is impossible.
i would like to share a story with you. i used the third eye to see BaBa's mudra. Do you know what i see?
I feel I may be the only one here whose third eye is open. Is there anyone else here—or on Zoom—who has their third eye open.
Have you ever seen the heat waves coming out of the tail end of a jet engine?
