Unfortunately to us, Anisha volunteered working in this library. Anisha grabed this chance to talk bad about us. She talked to our students and to the workers in the liberay. I can not immagine what react from the students and workers. It is obvious the liberay stop the class. One of the students talked to rudranii and asked about what's going on. 4/26/2024 Anisha and Tusiita hired a handyman to work on the shared driveway. Rudranii saw them and called Hiranyamaya to inform him. He said that nobody should be working on the shared driveway. He also mentioned that Anisha and Tusiita had previously complained about something we placed on the border of the shared driveway. I need to explain something to all HOA members. Issues between Anisha and Tusiita, and us, are not just a private matter between two families. It's a concern for everyone in the community. The law is the law. If Anisha can put something on or work on the shared driveway, and you members think it's not your problem, you'll likely let it go this time. But if something similar happens again in your neighborhood, how would you resolve the problem then? Anisha and Tussita knew the rule but they still charge HOA bottom line again and again. They don't respect that we all agree what we agree. Yama and niyama, social moral would not accept this kind of attitude. Last year, you might have thought this was just an issue between families, so you said it was negative and that we shouldn't discuss it over email. No, any issue involving one of us affects the entire community. I don't understand how someone who's been part of this community for so many years could think otherwise. Anisha is playing my mail box and broke the bar on my mail box. When she tried to break it and i found out i tried to put it back to normal. Next day she came and tried to break it. We played this game about three months. she enjoyed playing this game with me. she thought no one knows. At the end of the game, she broke the bar. and i took the bar home. today, i still had the bar. When i mentioned someone vandaling my mailbox, Hiranyamaya sugguested to put a survor. Ramesha and Anisha objected it. Later on when they lost their package, , they agreed to put on a suvoyor. it is so obvious, too me, it's a racism against me. 4/26/2024 Rudranii told Hiranmaya he is favored to Anisha and Tusiita. Hiranyamaya didn't admit it. he said she didn't understand and made a wrong judgement. Actually, it's very true. They are favored Anisha and Tusiita. Give an example this time, when rudranii complaining they are working some construction work on the shared driveway. They did it many times. Hiranyamaya didn't come to check. He attacked her with a saying "They also complaing we put things on the boarder of the shared driveway." At the first zoom meeting, i complained HOA members like to take advantge of us. One reason is Rudranii had a good heart. another reason is they thought i don't know how to speak English. The handyman hired by them wanted to hit me and threatened me by using a big shavel while he was faceing me and thrusted the shavel on the ground in front of me when i was talking to him. i said to him You want to hit me, Hit me. He calmed down a little bit. Dared not to hit me. 4/22/2024 Monday Anisha and Tussita did something on the driveway. Rudranii called Hiranyamaya about it. Hitranyamaya said he will come to check it. Nobody allowed to do anything on sharedriveway. The result was Hiranyamaya didn't show up. He may call Anisha and Tussita. They stopped the work. Anisha and Tussita did something against law again and again. They are also an executive on the board. Why? because we don't have a punishment clause on the covenant. We, HOA members should make a law on this kind of behavior. They put gabage on the shared driveway for years. They put the pile wood on the shared driveway for years. They didn't correct it. So We, members of the HOA have to tell them and force them to correct it. Usually, a member do something against HOA covenant or bylaw. They have a fined law to this kind of behavior. Like: You have one month to correct the violation. We fine you 30.00 a day untill you correct it. HOA will send them a legal letter or email to them. HOA has this kind of rights. So let's decide how much a day to fine Anisha and Tussita. They are the executive on board. They should not be the executive.
