evolution is on psychic level

i do not think this is the normal course of evolution.  the normal course of evolution depends on psychic level mainly.  i.e. for example, if in this life a dog thinks a human being is nice, this dog wants to become a human, then, this dog may progress and become a human in its next life.  this dog does not need to change into a monkey's life first , then, a human.  

Darwin's evolution theory only think on physical level of evolution, so he failed to prove it.  Because there was no chains among them.  Monkey can not produce a human.  Monkey only produces monkey.  Human produces human.  i do not consider and mention negative pratisamchara here.
