中国的金融政策

王毅四问美国 总是说一套做一套，大国信誉何在？ 一听到中国这两个字就紧张焦虑，大国的自信何在？ 只让自己保持繁荣，不允许别国正当发展，国际公理何在？ 执意垄断价值链高端，只让中国停留在低端，公平竞争何在？ 不能允许有的国家必须在餐桌上，有的国家只能在菜单里， 讲到我们台湾问题 不允许台湾从祖国分裂出去是底线，纵容支持台独必引火烧身，其实这是大陆的一贯主轴，谁想搞台独必将遭到历史的清算，我相信大家迟早会看到一张国际社会遵守一中原则的全家福照片，只是时间问题而已，这是王毅展现了大国的自信 中国的金融政策不能因咽废食，希腊做假账可以防范，用条约制止，或其他方法的设置，中国的金融政策一定不能问道於华尔街或FED，俄罗斯因为问道于华尔街，国家马上崩，日本崩，今天中国的问题，恒大以及房地产的问题，一方面是中国的内政，因为中国金融对银行界的监管不力，一个国家的成长一方面要学习一方面要出血，这是不可避免的，西方国家的经济也是花了三百年而成就今天的经验，要成功， 就得对着干，要学习别人的好处，学习别人的经验，创造自己的经济政策，创造自己的金融未来，要超越别人的短处，学习别人的长处，比方说银行界不能越界到产业界。今后世界金融的政策以及美国的法律等等不能不知道，应该设置一个机构能够由各界知识分子联合参谋。另外一方面要去美元化， 去美国化，不能与美国挂钩，不能与美国金融界挂钩，应该与黄金挂钩，有美国的市场，没有美国的市场，有欧洲的市场，没有欧洲的市场，还有中东的市场，还有非洲的市场等等，要如何自由的运作，就是要发挥自自己的能力， 应该我做我的你做你的。

美国目前的国债34兆。那请问这个债算什么呢？因为他用国债来卷动，所以美国一定要变成美元的霸权，他才能够去割别的国家的韭菜，让别国的资金可以流进美国啊。所以我以前讲过一个题目，说为什么美国那么好战，我跟各位讲美国的GDP，他实际上就是一个金融帝国。金融帝国要不断的得到别的国家的资金的流入，他就必须要发动战争了。所以为什么战争跟金融资本帝国是结合在一起。所以美国的GDP要能够不断的让经营下去，他就需要发动战争,造成地缘政治风险，然后让别的国家的钱流到美国来。所以美国是没有花到真正的经济成本。就攫取到了别国的资源。那当然也包括他的金融行业的高度发达，所以他就卖掉大量的金融商品，让你去捧场啊，那他就收到你的钱了，就是这样啊。比如说我最近看到一个例子啊，大家从这个例子就可以看出中国跟美国经济上的区别啊。比亚迪,比亚迪我们知道在2023年第四季了。它的销量已经超过特斯拉，可是在股市中的表现。我跟各位讲，比亚迪的本益比竟然只有13.5。你知道特斯拉的本益比是多少吗？特斯拉的本益比是64倍，特斯拉为什么会变成64倍？因为经由美国股市有效率地运作, 它吸引别国的资金进来买美国的股票，这里面有复杂的因素啦。总之就是一个金融资本帝国，他就是厉害，在这个地方他有办法把特斯拉的本益比在美国拉到64倍，那比亚迪, 明明它的销售量, 在2023年第四季。他已经赢过特斯拉了, 结果他在中国大陆的股票本益比只有13.5倍，你去想一想，这是一个多不公平的一个金融炒作的结果。可是这个就是我们现在所看到的经济的本质, 就是中国大陆的比亚迪已经站起来了，可是他却没有赚到, 如果你用特斯拉的角度来比较，他没有赚到他该赚到的金融资本。就是这样。所以你说美国虚不虚, 美国很虚，那可是它的金融的运作非常厉害。比如说我们看这个国债你就知道了，它的目前的美国的国债34兆。联邦政府的支出，就是它的岁出是6.3兆，可是这个国家的岁入，就是它的财政收入只有4.6兆。所以这意味着什么？它是永远处于赤字经济当中啊。你去想一想，这个国家的支出是6.3兆，然后收入只有4.6兆，也就是说他赤字预算有1.7兆，可是他常年都这样，它的财政赤字。在今年就高达1.7兆, 他怎么可以这样干呢？而且国债那么大，国债是要缴息的，所以我跟各位讲啊，美国最后就会拖死在他这个不断用债务卷动。他用那么高的国债34兆，今年大概下半年，它光是缴利息就要缴到一兆。他却继续编这样的赤字预算，他凭什么? 凭他在国际金融的炒作能力，凭它在世界上制造战争动乱的能力？让你全世界的资金会产生流动, 又流到美国，让他又可以继续周转，就是这样。所以美国最怕的状况是什么？美国最怕的状况就是世界和平。我跟你讲，一旦中国。俄罗斯还有我们说金砖国家巩固了世界和平，美国这台金融机器就转不动了。我那个时候就各凭实力了。中国是工业大国，俄罗斯是能源大国。第三世界还有粮食大国。那大家就各凭本事，还有贸易大国，这些就是实质的实体经济，当你美国没有，如果世界和平的话，你美国这个金融资本还转得动吗？我真的要打上严重的问号, 美国的债务不断的攀升。他为什么有恃无恐？去年？去年第二季一月的时候，2023年1月他才31兆多，现在变成34兆了。才一年又增加了将近三兆。你想想这是什么国家，他那有这个底气这样玩? 他的底气就是什么？他美元是世界货币啊。我印钞票你会收啊，他是怎么给你的？他就发行美国国债，那各国会来买啊。所以中国大陆最近一年不是学乖了？不断卖美国国债。中国终於看懂美国的把戏, 可是别的国家还是在捧场。他只要制造世界动乱，大家要保值, 又回来买美国国债，你知道吗吧! 所以他美国国债只要卖得动，他就可以继续举债, 问题在这里呀。所以他就是有这样的一个金融机器战,争机器来卷动世界，让全世界其他地方的本益比都比他低啊，让全世界其他的国债都卖不动。美国国债的人是最稳定的一个债券，他们本质是就在这里，这就是美国的本事。你知道吧，联邦赤字不断扩大，我跟你讲啊，他从2000年开始到现在，每年都是赤字预算，你看那个浅蓝色的线就超过黑线。他的政府支出都是超过收入。哪这个钱那里来的？当然是印国债来的嘛, 所以有人就估计未来十年，联邦债息会增加三倍, 你去想一想她现在的财政总支出我刚刚不是说6.3兆吗？后来有一兆就被拿掉了，光是缴息，缴利息而已。因为美国国债已经有34兆了，假设利息是3%, 就是一兆，不是吗？你用算了就知道了。所以美国未来政府会越来越困窘。他没有钱呐。除非他再去印美国国债吗？那谁买？中国大陆终于想通这个道理。我借你钱让你做武器来打扰我。世界上有这种事吗？所以中国大陆当然就想透了，所以就一路卖美国国债，就是这样。为什么美国国债不断的增加呢？有三个主要原因啊，第一个就是赤字预算，因为美国政府总是赤字预算，从克林顿之后他就不管了，克林顿还有几年是平衡预算，那因为每年预算都是赤字，比如说今年就1.7啊。那1.7兆你从哪边来？当然就是卖国债，不然怎么办？那第二个是人口老化，人口老化造成了你的就业的人口越来越少，然后老年之后需要照顾, 花的钱越来越多，那第三呢，就是它的医疗支出越来越贵，我们这个右下角那个图你就看到美国的医保支出，他那条橘红色的线是遥遥领先其。就是这样。 这些人群中, 没有的词"修行", 用最多的就是第二春, 第三春.
