American likes to talk and they do not listen

Since i came to America.  i found out Americans, most of Americans, like to talk and they do not listen.  Regardless the subject he knows or he does not know, he will give his opinions on this subject and then, he would say that's what i thought.  Great!


When i moved to Asheville, i found out young margiis here liked to give darshan in D.C.  i have to say you are all wrong until what your experience change completely, not 99% change, i mean 100% change, whatever you said would be wrong.

Remember what you say shows what your level is.  do not make yourself as a joke.

Pyramid Energy

Remembered i said before as a sadka, a person should have some secrets. Without secrets this person is not a sadhaka.  Why?  From where the sadhaka starts this spiritual journey, this sadhaka would experience internal and external change.  So this sadhaka will go forward from the first stage up to the last stage.

Here, how to transfer the energy from a mode to another mode really is a secret.  Person knows this secret, this person will finish journey for sure in this life.  But most of the people do not know this secret.  They are wondering between the first stage and the second stage, hardly goes to the 3rd stage, not to mention the last stage.  

Actually, in BaBa's book, he mentioned this very clearly.  I'm sure you already read it.  Unfortunatelly most of the margiis missed the meaning of his words.  In fact, i found out many margiis don't know how to read BaBa's words.  

In Maryland region, Sunday D.C. DaDa V. will select one subject from BaBa's book he wants to talk about it.  He will print out some paragraphs related to this subject from the E-books and print them out.  In darshan, Dada let us read it and then let us share what we think about it.  i am so surprised many margiis do not know what BaBa wants to say.  This is because of what your level is on and that's what you understand.  So according to your level, you choose what words your eyes scan.  It turns out what your understanding is.  That's why every time you read His words. Every time you find out something new.  For example, every margiis know how to do kiirtan.  But so far i havent seen any person can introduce how to do kiirtan properly.  Again, another example, everyone do breathing, but they dont know how to breath; no, you are not using your nose; refer to advanced breathing, do you know?  cakra breathing.  Again, another example,.....well, i can go on and on forever.....many things we are doing daily, but we dont know how to do them properly,.....OK!  We go back to energy, every margiis says vibration this, vibration that (starting level)  Behind the vibration, what do  you see?  it is energy.  (the word here is "see"  not "feel")  But most of us are on starting level.  They don't see energy.  They can feel it. Some dadas and didis may know more.  But how to transfer them into different mode is a secret.  There are really a few knows this secret.  Taoist and Daoism, China cara has discussed it for the last 6,000 years.  i, ...............

Years ago, i revealed i could sit on padmasana and did long meditation.  After my announcement, two dadas wanted to give me a test.  When they had an opportunity, they chose a place to sit behind me, so they could  observe me while i was doing meditation.  Well, although it was not a long test, but at least i sat on padmasana for a while.  This dada is Ranjitananda.  Another one is Mokseshvarananda.  Interestingly, , every time when he started talking to me, he would do two times second lesson.  

Here, respond to your question, you are asking a very good question.  It has been a question for all the sadhakas, they have wanted to know the answer for the last ten thousand years.  i would like to share the answer with you privately, but not publicly.   Taoist and Daoism followers know if they know the answer which  will improve their practice a thousand times better than what they are now.  i dont want some people may mis-utilize this knowledge. This knowledge is not for the public but selected persons.

Once BaBa taught me one lessen.  Next day, early morning,  He appeared in front of me (i was in Taipei, Taiwan and He was in India.) and told me not to tell to anyone.  He knew i was ready to tell it to my margii friends.  Until Today, these margii friends did not know why i stepped on the break.  And they never asked me why.  (The day before they were so enthusiastically to know.)

how to live a healthy life?

i have been giving away a correct application on health all these years in my yoga class.  the idea is same as how to become a richest man in the world.  the first thing is to change your thoughts.  you have to think like a rich man.  you have to live like a rich man.  in order to be like a rich man, to us who want to be rich.   it's a 24 hours practice.  no a mediocre person; such as:  well, i am ......, i dont need .......well?  that's why most of the people are in the middle class.  ok, i am not talking abt being rich.  (if you like to have something and you have money to buy it is a happy thing.  )

the biggest mistake we have is we listen what we want to listen.  most of people dont know how to live a healthy life.  because there is no one knows.  now, there is one.  the one i have for so many years.  that's why i like teaching yoga.  starts from sunshine, air and water.

actually as a yoga teacher, the first challenge is not to get illness.  you are teaching health  you, yourself must be healthy.  you are teaching everyday.  people are seeing you everyday.  seeing is believing. 

so, change your thoughts and ideas within you first.

ghost

after a person die, what happen to this jiva atman?  BaBa did not call it ghost.  when you identify it you need to give a a name.  so jiva is the jiva, regardless before or after the physical body leave.  in order not to get worldly people confused, named this jiva atman "ghost"  is "ok"; to margiis, margiis should recognize there is no difference between ghost and jiva atman.  BaBa mentioned "every ananda margii is a ghost".  every singular entity is a jiva atman, is a ghost.  

one time on a field walk, BaBa asked me who is ganesha?  His teaching made ganesha understood who i am.  interesting thing is a spiritual practice person can get different bodies in the years on the road of practice.  BaBa sitting on the altar in d.c. room in training center. BaBa came each time with different bodies while devotee singing and dancing kiirtan.   a baby moving around a pregnant woman sleeping on the bed in the hospital waiting for delivery, a man die in the hospital goes back home, moving around in home like before, a jiva atman is lingering in an empty house, moving back and forth, gandava is singing kiirtan with beautiful voice etc.
