道德，德，得也，得道，道是宇宙运行之理。不是诚信，行道，修道的基础之一有诚，有信。 佛的原文字梵字“Buddha”, 意思是“悟道者”，中国本来就有道德，就不需要再重复了。道的运行之理，乃是从精细到 粗钝，再从粗钝转化到精细，乃至最终回归宇宙本体。这就是Cakra, a big cycle: Suncara and Pratisuncara 的宇宙创造运行，毁灭, 永恒不断。其中就有reincarnation 的一环，人欲精细，其本体(unit)就会变得更精细，人欲粗钝，其本体就成更粗钝。 4/13/2026 悉达多的时候，种性制度还没有成形，也没有那么明显，悉达多悟了之候，只在恒河两侧传他的道，并没有做出扫除种性制度的动作。 Mindfulness is not the same as meditation. A mindful mind can be alert, and this can be achieved through the second lesson, rather than through meditation. 我25岁前就已经完成了许多成就；但是总觉得不完善又不知道为什么，跟我了解的悟和其他的悟者境界都不一样。现在才知道，其实以前就怀疑过原来巴巴把我很多的能力都压着。有一些他压得住，有一些他压不住，又有一些他压得住的，后来又释放出来的。比方说在八二年，我飞到印度去探望他，他发现了很生气，把我锁在身体里一段时间。在这之前，我经常周游在空间中。这段时间我知道出不去了。但是现在又可以出来了，只是我没有什么兴趣了。在巴巴还没有教我们之前有很多的修炼我都在练着。比方说： Panchajalia, 早在81, 82年的时候， 我就练着。还有长静坐，我们这个小团体已是出了名的长静坐团体，气的那些dada and didi, 还有margii, 他们说我们是不合群的一族 There are only three people mentioned kundalini experience since 1800. This was a Vow taken first on 12th October,1990 in presence of Baba , keeping hand on our Ana'hata Cakra.
