What's the difference between prana and kundalini?

People don't know kundalinii, but they like to talk kundalinii this, kundalinii that. They even wrote books about kundalinii. It shows how little they know about spiritual practice. They don't even know the basic meditation in the beginning stage. Basically, they don't know what's the difference between prana and kundalinii. Do you know how far the distance is. In Ananda Sutra, Ba'Ba' mentions prana on 1-11 and kundalinii on 4-7 and 8. 4-7,8 is the end of the sutra chapter 4. When Shiva taught us two systems to practice, one went to the south, India, it was called "viira cara", one went to the north, China, it was called "cina cara". For western acarya, they know more on Indian tantra. They know a little about Daoism. At the beginning of meditation, Daoism explains in detail. It tells us "Ji jing ba mai" and how those meridians open up on the basic stage. Where it goes, what will happen, and what the symptoms are. It may take 6 years to open up meridians before the ida and pingala open up. Western Acharya doesn't know these. Because Ba'Ba' does not teach them to Acarya. Because of it, Acarya teaches nonsense to their learners, kundalinii this kundalinii that. All are beginner, the ones who teach and the ones who learn. It shows how bad the practice they have. Shiva time, 7,000 years ago down to now, how many people have seen Kundalinii? Reach out both palms, that's the number you can count. Not so many. In the world of Cina cara, thousands of years, sadaka didn't even know there was such an animal existed in the world. Until now, Ba'Ba' brought this knowledge into this world, western world started to know about it. Now, they are nonsense to say kundalinii this kundalinii that while they didn't even know what it is. They only hear some people are talking about it. They don't know how, what, where, prove it, show it, they only talk about it to show he or she knows a lot, actually they know nothing. They havn't started it yet. 99% of sadhaka, even after 100 years of meditation, they are still a beginner. Monks and nuns are the same.
