How to progress on meditation

It’s easy but why you can’t

“Turn sukra into qi, turn qi into spirit, turn spirit into void” is the secret to advance to the third and forth stages. General tantrika or sadahka can only progress to the first and second stages, but they can not advance to the third and forth stages. It’s lucky or unlucky to them. It’s lucky for them because they don’t need to experience occult power temptation. It’s unlucky because they can not get into the highest stage of sadhana. This is the grace of God. It’s the grace of natural—natural protection. Good people grabbed this secret will benefit the whole humanity. Bad people grabbed this secret will do a lot of harm in this world.

For this reason sexual activities are restrained. Yin and yang practice are wrong. No such thing happens in this world. Please, don’t believe yin-yang double practice. For this reason, that’s why single young people can easily get into Samadhi. Why monks, nuns and the general public can not get higher level on their practice. One is they don’t know this secret practice. They don’t know how to control sexual activities. Many converted sexual desire into food desire. One good thing is they can cook delicious food for people. People think masturbation is normal. To sadhaka it is a waste. Second Buddhist doesn’t believe it. Everything is void. They have been ignored the physical level for thousand of years. They don’t understand sadhana is the balance among physical, mental and spiritual.

Astral Travel

A few weeks after I came back from India in 1983, I missed my guru so much. I started to practice astral travel. I could do astral travel several times walking around room by room in the house. One night, I started to go to see BaBa.

I saw Baba siting in a room. There was an acarya standing in front of Baba. It looked like Baba was scolding him something. I did not know who this dada was. He was tall. He had a long face and looked ugly. Dada Kirtashivananda was on the other side of Baba. When I arrived I heard Baba said to him “ You are a fool.” Quiet. No one talked back to Baba. At this moment, Baba turned to Dada Kirtashivananda and said to him “How about you?” and He continued to say, “ You are a stupid fool.” First time I saw Baba taking report or something like this. And also the first time I see you can use the word “stupid” and “fool” together to describe a person. I was a Chinese. My English was not well at all. And I did not know from acarya Baba scolded them like this. Never ever, this was my first time. I was laughing in my heart.

At this moment, Baba found someone was in this room. Baba became furious. He sent me back and never allowed me to go in and out of my body again. Later, I could understood why Baba did not let me out of my body. It was dangerous, some spirit may come into this body and took over it, when I was not in my body. He had to take care of the trouble I would created it for myself.

So many years later, I could come out and go around myself sometime. Only once He took me to see where He was, when I asked Him which planet He was in.

Yearly Prediction in the coming years 4/30/2010 Friday I sold out all my stocks on all accounts. Why? Afternoon, Ragava called me. We talked about the stock market and housing market in the future. I asked him what the market will develop. Ragava said to me, “yes, it’s the time to sell. You sell the stocks at the right time.” On Monday, I saw the stock market Dow soar up 100 some points. Medal is up and wood is down. This is a tiger year. Disasters, earth quake, flooding, they will appear around the world. Housing market will be up starts from April to September. Gold will shoot up to 1500. (it is 1200 on Monday) In November, wealth will move from one group of people to another group of people. It may transfer to those bankers. If you do not put your money in a proper place, you will see where your money goes. People asked when there will be the doom's day. It is not the year of 2010 or 2011. Prepare for the year of 2014. Before the chaos, there will be a quiet time. Now, it is the quiet time. 2011 number 7 enter into the middle. Medal is up and wood is down. This is a Rabbit year. You still can make money from stock market. It’s very volatile. Wealth is controlled by the bankers. The bankers know how to bring the worldly wealth into their pocket by doing inflation, deflation and depression. All these years they are trying to wipe out the middle class people. You will see they are coming. Spend time on how to deal with them. Do you have a way to handle it? 2013 year of snake, water up and fire down; virus and terrorist widespread out. 2014 year of horse, wood up and fire down, the number five enter northwest; leaders will suffer so much, fathers will get hit, either by accident or by illness; this is the year we are expecting the most terrible year would happen in the world. 5/11/10 -- to be continued –

神秀的偈

神秀的偈:"身是菩提樹, 心如明鏡台, 時時勤拂拭, 免使惹塵埃."
慧能也寫了一個偈, 批評神秀的不對.
他的偈:
"菩提本無樹, 明鏡亦非台, 本來無一物, 何處惹塵埃."
在這裡, 慧能說了那麼多否定的話,
可見得他尚不知那個為何物?
比喻猜謎, 打一物, 謎底是橘子一個. 猜香蕉, 蘋果等等, 都不對, 只有說出橘子才是答案.
菩提本無樹, 明鏡亦非台, 本來無一物, 道出答案了? 沒有.
現在的偈, 看得到慧能還說不上來, 那是個什麼?
所以說慧能在這個時候, 還沒有悟.
待悟時, 就說出了自性的五個本質,
何期自性本自清淨,
何期自性本不生滅,
何期自性本自俱足,
何期自性本無動搖,
何期自性能生萬法.
這個時候, 他悟了, 明白了.
究竟沒有? 還沒有呢!

pranayama

yama means control, prana means vital force; to control energy through breathing. there are two ways to practice it. one is natural way; one is unnatural way. breath in, hold , breath out is the natural way. breath out, hold then breath in is unnatural way. unnatural way is very dangerous. Ananda Marga Guru, Shrii Shrii Ananda Murtiji once said if you do breathing in a wrong way even i can not save you. when i read this sentence. i could feel cold in my spine. wrong way does not mean unnatural breathing. i have been practicing unnatural breathing way for a long time, but i don't teach unnatural breathing way. this is our 4th lesson and 6th lesson up all involved breathing. banda, veda involve breathing a lot. that's why it heals fast. but you have to have a refine and very subtle body to do it. ....i can be on and on.....use two nerves channel, ida and pingala; one is blue and one is white, .....

when people do asana in the beginning, always use diaphragm breathing, actually correct breathing is diaphragm breathing, not nostril or nose, and never use month. i saw many people doing breathing practice in a wrong way, later they developed the problem with transparency mucus from nostrils. Many senior teachers who had taught tai-ji or yoga for many year carry this problem.

so be careful while you are using mouth to do the breathing. i never use mouth to breath, always use diaphragm. When lifting heavy load work, always use a proper breathing way, either natural or unnatural (if you are familiar with it). Don't hold breath too long out of your limit. Or press the air back to your lump. It will create big trouble later. Master pranayam will unblock all the knots on the sushuna. One day this Kulakundalinii will arise up and merge into different chakras. That's why we need to learn left and right channel deeper until we master to control them while we are practicing the 4th lesson.
