Stubborn and Realization

You are stubborn.  So your bones are too.  So hard.  No way to change it.  Dying starts from your two legs.  Your body becomes harder and harder.

One day you change inside out through Realization.  Wisdom comes out from your mind.  Flexibility reveals from inside of  your body.  Now, you can sit on Padmasana for long.  You notice it and your teacher notices it that you are different Today.

i had two physical fathers

i had two fathers.  i never said good-bye to them when i went away from them each time.


Once i did sasung pranam and i knew this was the last time.  A few days ago before i left, He blessed me.   At that moment I knew he wanted  me to leave, He wanted me to go back home to work on His mission.  Time was up, even i was blessed i could be with Him as long as i wanted.

A few years ago, one night i stood by my father's bed.  i told him, "Ba!  time to go."  He said "Hao", kind of low voice from his throat.  He had two tubes in his mouth.  He could not talk.  But i saw the air,  the tune shaped the air around his month.  

It's about One o'clock am.  i stayed with him whole night alone.  i was with him in a small room which was in the basement of the hospital.  In hospital, they always put the dead body in the basement.  It's very very cold.  Cold would prevent the body decayed too fast.  i sang kiirtan.  i sang a special Dhranii again and agin.  i did not see him.  i believed he went back home.  Sometimes i left the room to be outside of the room because too cold in his room.  i went around to see how many bodies were put on there.  There were many small rooms in the basement.  You could hear sutra chanting recorded from a big hall.  i knew now was midnight.   There was no living being in the basement but the dead.

One time i sat before Vijakrananda.  A few days ago he passed away.  He lied down on the floor in front of me.  His head was there so closed i could reach out to touch his head.  We had a lot of discussion last time.  He still worried about Avinash.  He still liked to wield politics and strategies.  by doing things.  He told me many methods.  i did not like them.  We discussed for a long time until D.C. sitting was finished.

Challenge for a yoga teacher

i observed many margiis did not do mediation properly.  You saw Normandy coast on D-day on most of the D.C.   Some lay down, some stretched out one leg, some sat and waited,  waited for end,  some put one finger on one nostril and si-si-si-....and hu-hu-hu..... with big noise...., my God, what they were doing?  He was a family acharya.  See even Acharyas do not do mediation properly.  How can they teach a good student.


20 years ago, we sat for at least 40 minutes  in D.C. .  Now, sometimes shorter than 30 minutes.  One student told me it's easy to sit on padmasana, i told her it's easy for 10 minutes but not for 20 years.  I heard you did one thing daily and you can continue to do it over 3 years.  That thing will become your mission.

There is a big challenge as a yoga teacher to me.  That is you won't get sick.  i thought if you get sick your students sees you.  what will they think of you?  As a pro, you are teaching yoga class everyday.  Your students are with you everyday.  You see them changing and they also see you changing.

The last 5 years my challenge became even more, more than to have a healthy body.  My neighborhood should become a safe,  sweet and peaceful environment.  i felt sad when i heard earthquake happened in Nepal.  That means there was no high-hand spiritual person.  There was no moral and virtual person.    When Mother Teresa stayed in Isreal, there was no bombing for three days.  After an earthquake, there was a building collapse inTainan.  Many people got injured and died.  Not long ago, there was a kiirtan tour around Taiwan island.   i wondered they stayed in Tainan or not.  Did any people do a proper kiirtan in Tainan?

evolution is on psychic level

i do not think this is the normal course of evolution.  the normal course of evolution depends on psychic level mainly.  i.e. for example, if in this life a dog thinks a human being is nice, this dog wants to become a human, then, this dog may progress and become a human in its next life.  this dog does not need to change into a monkey's life first , then, a human.  

Darwin's evolution theory only think on physical level of evolution, so he failed to prove it.  Because there was no chains among them.  Monkey can not produce a human.  Monkey only produces monkey.  Human produces human.  i do not consider and mention negative pratisamchara here.
