Defective Meditation

Each method of meditation are designed for a specific purpose. In order to achieve the sidhi, you need to be in the meditation lesson, you enter your lesson into samadhi. When you are one with your subject through lesson. You are done. There is no so called defect meditation lessons in ananda marga. The musician never complain the instrument but himself/herself. The defect factor is in you, not the lesson you learn.

Do you have time to practice more lesson a day? Since you have not achieved samadhii from the first lesson and you want to learn more powerful lesson? Don't make people laugh!

Krtashivananda issue

This is only his realization. there is no right or wrong. Also, when you eat the candy you throw away the wrapper. He can leave organization anytime. It does not matter he is senior or not. He does not believe BaBa is taraka bramha. He does not believe kiirtan has any good or little. That's what his realization.

Maybe he need money and he has to think of his future. Organization like Today is horrible. No future at all. Years ago, i encouraged some dada left. If i were them i leave right away.

Ananda Metra left 10 yrs ago. She is doing a lot of service in Brazil. Good works. Why stay in organization?

the power of your Ishta mantra

Chant your ishta continuously you will not leave your body until you are ready. If you can not repeat your ishta, you can have someone repeat it for you. Even when you are hearing it, you will not leave your body.
Use your ishta to purify all vrittis.

Wall Street Downfall

According to Fong Shui, when the time entered into the eighth cycle which started in the year of 2005. Wall Street would be down and be broken down. All the business in New York would face the same problem. Remembered Hollywood on the seventh cycle?
During the year of 2004 and 2005, i thought what happened? Prediction was not right? Who knew that Goldman Sachs already shorted the housing market started in the year of 2003. MBS(mortgage back security) was falling. when everyone were buying houses, Goldman Sachs was shorting the MBS. Wall Street people were digging grave yard for themselves in a very happy way.

You will see more disasters will come to the east coast. When this happen, the only way to survive is to remember Him, and chant His name-BaBa Nam Kevalam. Be careful the coming year 2014.

The other day i requested Avalokiteshvara Boddhisattva to give me the sickness from the whole world, while i practiced Susam Pranam. Next day i started to get fever until Today.

六字明咒--唵嘛呢叭咪吽

要暸解六字明咒的意义是容易的,其实咒的意义本来就是简单易明的,都是出於大修行人的愿力,祂们把成就的能力加在祂所作的咒语上,愿众生只要照着咒语诚心地颂念,就会因愿力马上得成就.
六字明咒也是一样.梵语”om mani padme hum”, 在这里用梵语一词而不用梵文是因为梵语只有音声,梵语是可以用任何文字来表示它的声音.中文讲六字明是因为中文用六个字表明这个咒有六个声音.其实咒是用音节来分的.
Om唵:
Om就是aum, 是三个咒音: a, u 和 me 组成的;是宇宙开创之初,所发生的声音,就是创造者 Generator,运行者 Operator, 毁灭者 Destroyer; GOD就是上帝.
Mani嘛呢:
Mani 是俩个字Maha Muni的组合, maha 义为伟大,广大之义; muni义为圣人; 释迦牟尼佛-- 牟尼, 圣人也. 就是伟大的圣人,是谁呢?
Padme: 叭咪
谁将佛教传入西藏?Padma Sam Bahva, 莲花生, 是莲花生大师把佛教传入西藏.这个伟大的圣人是谁呢? 是莲花生大师. 莲花,梵语padma就是莲花. 打坐的姿势,双盘坐,又称莲花坐,梵语是padma-asana,padmasana.这里是受词用,形为padme.
Hum: 吽
吽,是一种要战斗的声音,当要战斗时,鼓足勇气,想着说着:“吽!我要打! 我要战!”
一个修行人,会跟什么为敌? 跟什么戰斗? --跟自己的缺点,跟自己的五十个欲望战斗,体内五十个声音代表五十种欲望,五十种欲望向四面十个方向散去,加上上下倆方向, 50x10x2=1000, 就有了一千个欲望; 释迦牟尼佛的头上有一千个知慧. 一千个知慧对治一千个欲望. 一千个欲望代表人的欲望无穷.
是以六字明咒的益思是:
“唵! 伟大的聖人莲花生大师,因你的名,吽!我会战胜我里里外外的缺点,控制我无穷的欲望.”
修行人不停地念此咒,思想这个咒语的意思,就会得成就. 最好的方法就是每个轮都轮番去吽.

廣钦的缘(4)—他要走了

那一年,该是1984年吧,我跟一位同修上山去看廣钦老和尚.幸运的是他正走入我们所在的殿内,我们和一般信众都让开虔诚地站立在走道边上.廣钦老和尚一步一步慢慢地走了过来,從我的左边往右边走去,他的徒弟也跟着.老和尚在跟我们擦肩而过的时候,突然在我的身上有一大圆形光柱直往天上冲,顿时我的身体消失了,过了多久我不知道,一秒钟?一分钟?待我回来的时候,看到廣钦老和尚驻足不前,而且轉回頭来看着我们。我回来的时候,他是站在我的前方,他看看我隔壁的同修,再看看我,没有说什麽,就扭轉过身,继续往右边的门口走去,当时我跟他说:”你给我五年,我会回来跟你印证我的悟道”. 我知道他有“他心通”，所以我跟他在心裏说话.我听到他用台语回答我说:“我没有那么多的时间”， 因为看着他快要离开,我就赶快回他说:“那!给我三年”，还在要下定决心,他没有回我, 我看着他的背影,那时我知道,他的意思是他要离开他的肉身了。

Ishta Mantra 的力量

刚开始你会從阿闍黎拿到第一课，你的第一课就是你的Ishta Mantra。

第一课的锻炼,除了有治病的功能外,还可以让你选择死亡的时间. 我想大部分人在拿到第一课以后也得需要倆年时间的练習才得以完备,完备之意是如何配合好第二课和第六课的练習.而且还要继续练習到你离开肉身的那一刻时止.

希瓦的密宗

道上时常有人问我说你学的是什麽?密宗.人多以为是藏密,不外红,黄,白或黑教,尤其是中国人问,我心裏就会想到,身为一个中国人,甚着,研究中国文化的人,不知道中国有着全世界最早的密宗文化呢! 那就是中国的道家文化,光是研究儒家,而不瞭解道家或道教, 所知道的中国文化又如何能完备呢?

修密宗者,最需要认识的一个人,是谁? 就是希瓦, 希瓦是密宗的创始人. 很多人会问到:”真有其人?” 祂不只是一个印度神话中一个神祇吗?是的,当一個人，其完备的理念，能与他個人相结合，合一，人们就会将他神化了。诸如：关云长，岳飞等。希瓦和基士拿在人类厉史上佔有非常重要的地位,也是密宗行者最要认识的倆個人,一個是七千年前的希瓦，再一个就是三千五百年前的基士拿。在密宗史上,可以说是没有祂们,就没有密宗了. 在这裡先介绍希瓦.

说到希瓦是谁呢? 七千年前,在喜玛拉雅山麓一带, 有很多靈修的锻练方法,而且杂乱,可以归为两类,一类是维地亚密宗,是一种向道而行为目标的方法; 一类是阿维地亚密宗. 一种是背道而行为目标的方法.

七千年前还没有文字，只有语言，当时人用的语言就是梵语； 有人说梵语是从中亚经由阿利安人入侵印度时，才传入印度的，这种说法似乎不太正确，与其如此说，不如较合理的说，有倆种亟其类似而又通用的梵语，散佈在中亚，东欧，直至东南亚各地。印度，东南亚一带用的梵语称为Samskrta, 在中亚一带通用的梵语称为Vaedika.

清静观想法的成就，在上师声音的引领下，看到一望无际的原野，微风吹呀吹，牛羊自由自在，小溪流水，又听到声音说你就是太阳，你就是宇宙，就在这当下，看到光，进入那个光，融入那个光，你就是那个光，你就是光。再继续坐，继续看着光，一直到下坐收功。

那晚在公园走着,奇怪眼前有个红色光点,右眼一个,左眼一个,随着眼珠轉;光点就轉,眼珠上下左右快速地动,红色光点就变成一个光圈打轉,只有在暗处才看到这种现象,持续了几天, 我以为再过几天就没有了,誰知道还繼续着,到今天还没有停.

佛诞浴佛避静的经验

避静的第二天早上， 到了禅堂， 在开始播放上师唱诵药师佛心咒，心裏觉得上师唱的很虔诚。（註1）不知道打从那裏来，这时我看到上师（註2）突然地出现，他站在禅堂右前方的脚落，观世音普萨站在上师捎左后方，上师巡视整个会众，在看看多少人来参加吧？ 我没有把这当一回事（註4），仍然继续着要做的事--开始做静坐。过一阵子，会众心口合一一起念诵着药师佛心咒，这时候我闭着双眼，也跟着会众唱诵药师佛心咒。当时我是不知道会众在唱什麽，我仔细地听，想去捉那个音，中间还有一倆个音节不很清楚（注5），后来才知道念错了呢。不一会功夫，忽然看到药师佛出现在我眼前，我还不知道怎麽一回事？看到衪侧着身子出现在我眼前跟我打招呼。后来我在想药师佛一定很喜欢开玩笑，看祂蛮优默的样子。 我问衪说：“你的願是什么？” 药师佛没有说话， 衪伸出双手到我的胸前， 打开我的心轮， 顿时， 厚厚的一朵云，在衪的双手下面，从我的心轮贲放出来，一股股kuandalini的能量试放出来。这时，我明白了衪的心願。我就说:"哦！这是你的心願啊!" 衪接着跟我说:"你许願阿！你许願阿!" 起先我不说，不敢说，说了做不到，不是在骗人吗。药师佛一直逼着我说，我被衪逼急了，就说:"我许！我许！" 这时候我就哭出来了。当时我明白， 修行了那么久，我的上师Shrii Shrii Ananda Murtiji（註3）给了我那麽多的能力，智慧 和教诲，我都没有好好地利用来帮助众生，只是在享受所擁有的这一切靈性的资源，偶而这裏做一点，那裏帮一点，就以为做了很多。贪玩啊！嗟叹！这些年来，自己做的实在太少了！

最后一天，药师佛来的很迟，不像昨天那么早，几几乎在会众唱诵药师佛心咒快结束时才来。起先我还在想是不是念的不够专心, 心想怎麽这麽久还不来，就打起精神来, 念的更诚心了.由于会众的诚心诚意，药师佛终於出现在会众前, 衪一来就坐在祂的宝座上，隐约可见到左右排列的药师佛国，什麽都是透明的东方琉璃世界。这次祂来到, 是要示现祂作为一个上师，作为一个师尊的莊严。可惜，唱诵结束，照指示，又开始做别的练习。

1 初发心学佛者是佛， 跟这么多的佛在一起避静，大家都非常的用心，加持了那麽多的能量，能不进步吗？
2 这裏提到的上师是金菩提上师。
3 我的上师Shrii Shrii Ananda Murtiji; 当代最伟大的唯一的密宗上师。只有祂说到自己是无所不能，无所不知，无所不在的。在这裏，如此说，不为什麽， 只为祂能够如此说明祂自己， 还有我自己在靈性上某种程度上的认知。随举一例：有一次，上师在法庭上作辬方，印度的法庭上，双方要先决定用什麽语言说话；上师说我会250多国语言，你们要用那一种语言呢？为了你们都听懂，也能讲得明白，我用英语。上师是用英国地道的英语说话的（我所知道的是衪会说印度的所有的方言；说起方言时，非常地道，地方上的人都以为衪是同乡呢，要知道印度方言何其多）。有一次，在台北，一位乩童跟我说:"任何种语言我都会，我还能讲天语，讲解天语。",我是不懂天语的，我跟他说:"很好啊，那我们就用英语说话吧." 因当时有位印度僧侣在场，印度僧侣不懂华语，我就选用英语，如此大家可以相互交通，不需要翻译。用英语本不足为奇，却不知这位懂天语的乩童不会英语。他可是张口结舌，说不出话了。也有多位梵文学者在不同的玚合，测试我的上师梵文的程度；上师用过巴利文，但是没见过有人测试上师的巴利文，没人懂吧？
有很多自命为上师的，而且宣称自己无所不知，能知过去未来， 只要拿英语小试便知其英语的成度了。很多喜欢讲前世的，只要拿今日事便知了，何须前世事，竟是讲那些有的没有的，有什麽屁用。
4 这样的事在我身上，经常发生，不足为奇。我也好奇在考考他们；在他们看我的时候，他们知不知道我能看到他们。註6。
5 LAZASAMU,梵文应该是RAJASAM,可以读成RAJASAMO,意思是所有国王中的皎皎者;最初我听成了RAJA SAM MAHA,意思是国王中最伟大，最崇高，最尊贵的国王。
宇宙中，任何震动都有声音，每个声音都有意义。咒音，咒语也有意义，不能说不懂就说咒语是不能解的。像六字明的第一音噢（aum），是三个音的组合，a,u 还有 mo;分别为创造，运行，毁滅的声音。
6 遊戏到此还没有完哩，如果说上师也有权力反过来测试你一下呢？祂装着不知道你在考祂时，那么你知不知道祂知道或不知道这是怎麽一回事呢？到了这裏，你可是后悔了？你该知道怎麽做，你可是密宗的弟子，具有22种特质；密宗的上师具有10种特质，不是你说的算。

ida and pingala (左脉和右脉）

The 4th lesson of Ananda Marga is the way to open up Susumna （中脉） so this static energy of Kula-kundalini will be raised up to reach Sahashavara cakra. Later, I will tell you how this happen?

Sometimes you feel very tired, because you are sick； you catch cold or flu, sometimes you have digestion problem, sometimes you can not do meditation or do writing, you feel no inspiration, why? Ida and pingala. If you don’t know why, I will tell you later.

High spirit（高靈） will give you energy. Mostly it will keep it in your pingala. In Taiwan, South America, or Africa, American Indian, some people know how to infuse you with the high spirit. In Taiwan they call it “qi lin” (启靈). When you get in touch with high spirit, sickness found no illness, cripples can walk right at the platform. But when they go back home they go back to where they were before. they get sick again. The energy you get from the high spirit is reserved in your pingala. The energy infused with Lord Buddha, Shrii Shrii Ananda Murtiji or Babaji, the energy will be kept in the ida. You can not keep the energy long in pingala. The energy has to be exhausted by itself. Most of the case, your ida will be blocked. And this will make you very tired, just like when you have a cold or flu, while your ida is blocked. But you can keep the energy is kept in ida, you can keep it. Now, you see the difference.

相印

有人说，密宗不容易修，是不容易与上师相印。 这裏提供各位一个密诀，首先要知道相印是什麽意思？心相印是指倆个个体的心意相合。与上师相印的最快的方法就是要知道上师所发的心願，你也要发同样的心願，就容易与你的上师相印，或感应了。
上师的相要掛在适当之处，要合十，烧香，念咒时要专心，一心一意。

Secret of your own

Secret

After so many years of practice, you should develop your secret of Sadhana. Without secrets of your own, you are not progressing on your spiritual path.

For the last ten years, I tried to learn how to control Kundanini. Some years ago, I learned how to turn the energy of food into spiritual energy, means kundanini. When you know the secret, it’s simple and everybody can achieve it. Especially young man.

Mahabratta

Many people said this is Mahabaratta. Do they think about the result? When they created such war. One thing I’m sure this is not created by Shrii Shrii Ananda Murtiji. This is created by the mind, the mind which thirty for power and money. This is not for the welfare of the world. This is not for the justice. This is for the ego, selfish, injustice group of people.
Who died after the war? Kurava side all died. Pandava, all their sons died. Then, Krishna died. The best young generation of India died because of this war. It weakened India for thousand of years.

Let them fight while I’m doing some work for this society.

You told what you know

Tonight, I heard one senior monk said BaBa was not God.....He also mentioned Ananda Marga had a believing system.

Be careful, what you are saying,all the words represent where you are at. BaBa is God or not. You have to be there to tell.

You can see something or hear something which i can not. Why? You were at the level you could not see Him as God. You were at the level who could not see Him after He passed away. It's not a system that you have faith because you believe it. It's you are at the level who knows or not. You can tell when you are one with God.
As a senior monk who has been doing meditation for so many years, say 60 years. He can not see is what he can not see.
