我的灵修
经过多年的精进, 才知道Prana 只走奇经八脉,大周天, 小周天, 不走中脉; Kuandalinii 只走中脉, 不走奇经八脉,大周天, 小周天
灵修悟道,悟了什么? 其成就能够“无所不知, 无所不在, 无所不能
昨天D.C. dada们在谈论一位dada, 他认为巴巴说的有错误,就认为巴巴不懂, 就离开Ananda Marga, 巴巴说的是在西班牙与法国交界处,当地的人有哪些人种?这位dada以为巴巴说的是当地所用的语言, 这位dada正是该地方的人,他以为巴巴讲的是语言,所以他认为巴巴错了,其实巴巴是说到当地有那一些民族,而不是说当地用那一些语言。我常跟人说,自己的程度要高,才能认识名师。1978年巴巴来访台湾,我在机场中华航空公司的VIP room,(Shakti Deva的妈妈安排的), 初次见到巴巴,我自然地流下泪来,只有一个眼睛流泪,我跟自己说,他真是一位无所不知无所不晓的上师, Tapeshavananda, Kirtashivananda 这些老dada, 一个一个离开Ananda Marga, 他们跟随baba那么久, 有着自己的见解,有着对baba的看法,一个一个不长进, 没有功力,就自以为是,离开巴巴,1978年他们都·一起跟著baba来台湾, 我都见过他们, 他们也认识我, 那个时候,他们认为自己被选上, 能跟著巴巴来台湾是多么地光荣, 他们的那股劲呢?没程度。
“身是菩提树,心如明镜台,时时勤拂拭,勿使惹尘埃。”
神秀是个高手, 今天有这程度的不多, 其码有他心通了,
六祖说不是啦,我的说法是这样的: “菩提本无树,明镜亦非台,本来无一物,何处惹尘埃。” 弘忍说:“亦未见性”
后来六祖改说:“何期自性,本自清净;何期自性,本无生灭;何期自性,本自具足;何期自性,本无动摇;何期自性,能生万法“ 还是没有参悟。当时的佛教界跟本不知"了悟"是个什麽样,今天的佛教界也还是不知”了悟“是个什麽样,你说他说有人说, 乱成一团, 就是因为没有了悟之人。没了悟前,就会有各种神通,但是不能用, 了悟了,一定神通具足,而且神通可用 , 你看佛普萨那个不是用神通救人的。
惠能要离开之时问弘忍:“向甚处去?”,弘忍云:“逢怀则止,遇会则藏。“ 悟的人不用问就该知道怎么做了, 所以说六祖还没有悟啦!
古人说:“品现于事,心藏于行“。人心隔肚皮,我们很难从外在看清一个人的真面目,但面对事情的时候,一个人的反应和行动往往能暴露他最真实的样子。是非之中现人品,落难之后之人心,利益之下见人格。一是非见人品。武则天在位的时候禁止宰杀牛羊,一日官员张德喜得一子宴请宾客,因为来的客人太多,为了面子,张德违反禁令,让仆人宰杀牛羊,招待宾客。其中有一个人叫杜肃怀,也参加了宴会。回去之后,就向武则天告了状。不仅说他宰杀牛羊,还添油加醋说张德蔑视朝廷,蔑视皇上。第二天上朝武则天问他听说你有了个儿子,这是喜事,但是你为何要杀羊待客?张德知道事情败露,马上跪下认罪。武则天却说,我虽然禁止杀羊,但是你家里有喜事,也算情有可原。不过以后你请客,可要注意选择客人,然后把杜肃怀告状的奏折给他看,杜肃怀羞愧难当,只想找块豆腐撞死。后来杜肃怀被赶出了朝廷。古语说:”来说是非者,必是是非人“。一个人如果喜欢搅弄是非,内心必然浑浊不堪。他们见不得别人好,总是添油加醋挑拨离间,和这样的人在一起,一不小心就被卷入是非的漩涡。
我要把这两件事情放在一起比较,第一件事情是:在台中,那天,我和dada Pratulananda去做坟墓静坐,晚上快12点,我骑摩托车,dada Pratulananda 坐在后座,他拿着一个纸包,里面放着两颗真的头颅,坟墓竟静做坐必要的工具。去台中的坟墓,要走一道长长的小路,才能到坟墓的大门口,一路上都没有灯,黑漆麻乌的,车子蹦蹦地开,快到大门的时候,大门口有路灯,我看到两辆警车,心里想;糟糕,我跟dada说;怎么办?门口有两辆警车?来到这里要回头走人,已经太晚了,这又是直通坟场的唯一道路,只好硬着头皮往前开,一位警员就挡在前面,我把车子停下来,警员问:怎么回事儿?我回说;我们迷路了。警员又指着哒哒的纸包问: 里面装的是什么?拿出来看看。我就跟哒哒说:他们要看纸包里东西。哒哒慢慢伸出颤动的双手,把纸包给我,我拿着纸包慢慢的递出去,要给警察看,(你说咋的?)就在那刹那间,刮起一阵风,不,是一阵强烈的旋风刮起,呼呼的,整个周围瞬间,快速地转动着,当时,我的眼睛半开半闭,看着朦胧的灯光,什么都看不见,但是耳朵还可以听到警车里有人在说话的声音,那两个警察迅速地跑进车内,只听砰砰两次关车门的声音,两辆警车乎地开走了,大地顿时一片静寂,我跟dada,你看我,我看你,不知道刚才发生了什么,怎么一回事儿?
第二件事就是: 在台北时,我对“起灵”有好奇心,其实那个时期,我对灵性的事情都好奇,我用他心通去发掘Ananda Marga ,静坐的第一课,第二课所有的咒音,究竟有几种?就是在这段时间知道的,还有佛教的各种咒,我都拿来测试过,哪种咒?有没有用?有什么用?都试过。看阴阳眼,第三眼,有什么区别,第三眼是怎么一回事儿?后来又两相对照。金菩提的第二课,他们的第二课就是开通第三眼,我自己的第三眼早就开了。金菩提说的第三眼有高低层次的分别。回来讲“起灵”吧。讲一讲“起灵”是怎么一回事儿。
64 部密宗经(Tantra Sutras)

其中没有吠陀的污染,信仰吠陀的阿力安人, 是不会静坐的, 只有宗教仪式,没有具体的修行,后来的静坐修行是从德瓦为地亚,当地的原著民学习来的, 至今都不肯承认,其侵略的历史。
佛教的历史
印度历史的研究和教学最早由帕坦统治时期的纳西尔丁皇帝设立,后来在莫卧儿时代有几位旅行者继续推动。
印度是没有历史的,未见用梵文或帕客塔文书写历史的记录,真正到英国人统治的时候才开始有记录历史的文献和历史的研究。
世尊悟道后,来到一个地方,简称鹿野苑,全名是伊西帕塔娜米嘎达巴, 又叫做瑞希帕塔娜鹿苑,又叫做沙拿嘎纳迪,又叫撒拉纳迪,这个地方是在伯纳利斯 (Benares),今天的瓦那那西; 也是在马嘎达国境内(Magada), 佛教译为摩揭陀国。世尊最初给两位弟子启蒙课,一个是沙利普塔, 如帕萨利之子,另一个是马哈默伽南阿尔汉,马哈默伽南之子,并不是那五个最初跟随世尊出家的随扈,世尊给了这两位弟子启蒙课之后,佛家称启蒙课的动作为转法轮,才给这五位随扈启蒙课,这五位弟子原文是Kaondinya (Kaondilya), Bappa(Vapra), Bhaddiiya (Bhadreya), Mohanama, Ashshaji (Ashvajit)。
佛教在印度消失的真相
摩揭陀帝国东边是鸠摩罗山和查克拉瓦提山。在鸠摩罗山的东部地区是安伽德沙和摩揭陀帝国。拉尔国王香尚卡也占领了这些地区。在查克拉瓦提山的东部地区是拉尔的土地,直接由香尚卡统治。
东南角的边界是苏美塔希卡尔。之后是古代拉尔,拉尔的国王曾征服了这里。南面的拉姆加尔山脉和西面的肖纳河的西部区域最初由塔尼什瓦尔王室控制。摩揭陀国并没有与普拉巴卡拉瓦尔达那直接发生战争,而是与拉贾亚瓦尔达那和哈萨瓦尔达那发生了冲突。
旃陀罗笈多设计的伽耶市做了一些好事。他在摩揭陀的各个地方建立了梵语学校和培训中心,例如: 德瓦达夏瓦达卡(瓦拉维赫)、布拉哈德希卡(瓦拉希亚)、蜜蜂居(莫克马)、乌鲁比尔瓦(阿拉巴尔)、鸠摩罗山(吉达奥尔)等,这些机构存在了相当长的一段时间。他是第一位在政府服务中引入当时的摩揭陀语(西摩揭陀语)与梵语并行使用的人。
在那时,拉尔的国王香尚卡和(塔尼什瓦尔王室的)拉贾亚瓦尔达那之间为了争夺摩揭陀国, 展开了激烈的斗争。塔尼什瓦尔的国王们总是不断地迁移他们的首都,而香尚卡就没有。相反,他会根据需要和时代的变化来扩展自己的首都。他征服了安伽和米提拉,然后是北孟加拉(巴伦德拉)、中孟加拉(萨马塔特)和东孟加拉(瓦尔加),将他的首都设在卡尔赫(孟加拉地区五个古老的地名)。也就是说,在他统治期间,孟加拉被划分为五个政治区域:1. 拉尔,2. 米提拉,3. 萨马塔特,4. 巴伦德拉,5. 瓦尔加-达巴克(东孟加拉或称施利布米, 又叫作卡塔尔,当时被纳入孟加拉),但他将首都设在卡尔纳苏瓦尔纳。
拉贾亚瓦尔达那和香尚卡之间战争的原因有几个。拉贾亚瓦尔达那的目标是掠夺摩揭陀国的财富并占有安伽布米。香尚卡的主要目标是占有安伽布米,并根除摩揭陀国的佛教和文化。尽管拉贾亚瓦尔达那表面上表现出宽容,但他实际上心胸狭窄。实际上,他从未将密教与佛教视为平等。香尚卡是密教的坚定追随者,完全反对佛教。他公开宣称,只要他体内还有一滴血,就绝不允许佛教进入拉尔和孟加拉。待续
他们的攻击方式有所不同。拉贾亚瓦尔达那想要掠夺财富,因此他会放火烧毁人们的房屋并进行洗劫。而香尚卡的目标是摧毁佛教寺院(现代马加希语中称为“gara”); 大乘佛教的规定,偶像一旦出现任何缺陷或变形,就不再可以用于崇拜。因此,香尚卡用挫刀将各种佛教神祇的雕像破坏。今天你会发现,仍然存在的古代佛教宗教雕像大多数的鼻子都被毁坏了。
外国历史学家声称,这些损坏是在巴克提亚尔·希尔吉时期或卡拉帕哈尔时期造成的。巴克提亚尔的原名是卡利穆丁汗,曾是孟加拉的土地所有者。他的本名是汪达帕达雅(Vandyopadhyaya)。虽然这其中有一两分事实,但大部分是错误的说法。他们在积极煽动印度教徒和穆斯林之间的冲突,因为他们奉行“分而治之”的政策。实际上,责任在于香尚卡。通过这种方式,拉贾亚瓦尔达从西向东火烧而来,香尚卡从东向西施压,两人共同将摩伽陀推向了最后的灭亡。
今天那棵神圣的榕树并不是释迦牟尼菩提树下觉悟的那棵菩提树。阿育王的儿子摩汉德拉从那棵神圣的原始的菩提树上摘了一根枝条,带到了斯里兰卡, 那根枝条在斯里兰卡生长成第二棵菩提树,然后又从第二棵树上取下一根枝条,带到这里种植。这棵菩提树就是由那根枝条生长而成的。香尚卡不仅彻底毁灭了那棵古老的菩提树,还在其周围挖了一条深沟,然后填满了蜂蜜,这样蚂蚁吞食蜂蜜的同时,也吃掉菩提树的根部,因此,原来的菩提树死了。
编吧!编呀!继续编,上次看到某大法师说,某个西藏法王在某个湖,找到达赖六世的金刚杵,我就叫他继续编,继续胡扯,昨天看了玄奘取经译经史,后有几个和尚,尼姑说玄奘的几个徒子徒孙,又转世为人,做了禅宗几个宗派的初祖,把禅宗搞得轰轰烈烈的,不知道不识字的六祖慧能是玄奘的哪一位徒弟转世投胎的?不可能啊? 玄奘的译经徒弟们,个个都是大有学问的,而且熟悉梵文,学问可大了,怎么会转世后连个字都不识?好啊!你们继续胡扯吧,这个乱是不缺少这些没有道德,没有人格,法性的和尚和尼姑。

Sanjaya和我们一起翻译过一本书叫作“大师在喜马拉雅山上”。作者罗姆法师,他在滨州创办了一所学校。我在一本瑜伽杂志读到他的一些故事, 他曾强迫几个女学生和他睡觉,平时他喜欢踢女生的屁股, 还说这是为他们加持。多名女生就把他们的事情发表在美国一本出名的瑜伽杂志上。
很多人读过”一位瑜伽行者的自传“,读到Lahiri Mahasaya的老婆,脑子起了邪念,此时,突然Lahiri Mahasaya升于空中,那个时候他们是在二楼,你记不记得读到这里,然后缓缓降到一楼,从此他就在一楼教导他的弟子,就没有回到二楼去,当我把这一段文章给一位美国玛琪姊妹读,他读完之后,大骂Lahiri Mahasaya,这就是中国人和老美玛琪对性的观念的不同处。
Many margiis haven’t seen Baba when he gets angry. Fortunately, Baba showed me every side of himself when we met, whether in Taiwan or in India. Yes, in India too. Once, when two dadas tried to stop me from seeing Baba and wanted to kick me out of Tiljala, G.S. arranged a meeting in front of Baba. Baba punished those two dadas and then instructed them to tell me how to go to Ranchi headquarter to see Him.
When Baba visited Taiwan, I still remember one night that was so quiet and peaceful. After a field walk, I followed Baba’s steps carefully, step by step. Kundalini energy rose with each of Baba’s steps. I was so happy with this phenomenon. Then we came back to a margii house where BaBa was going to give darshan. I saw Baba was very angry. He was in the car. BaBa was sitting at the back seat in the car with the window open. He was scolding and shouting. Many margiis were there. No one mentioned this event afterward, but I was there, and I’ll never forget it. The atmosphere was incredible—it felt like the whole universe was shaken. It was my first time experiencing such a phenomenon. All the dadas, didis, and margiis were silent. I heard Baba shouting in Hindi to the P.A. and S.S. None of us margiis understood what had happened; all we knew was that Baba wanted to leave and didn’t want to give darshan.
At one point, a margii sister suggested, "Let us kneel down and ask for Baba’s forgiveness." Just as we were all about to kneel, a miracle happened. We saw Baba walk into the building and enter the elevator. When I went up to the house and into the living room where everyone had gathered, I saw S.S. Dada. His face was so pale against his beautiful dark skin. Well, only Indians and Chinese could truly withstand it.
That’s why Baba didn’t want to come to the United States. I also couldn’t find any devotees among the American margiis. Why? If Baba were to visit America, the American margiis might say things like, "You don’t have the right to use your stick to discipline followers," "You don’t have the right to raise your voice when speaking to American margiis," and "You cannot shout at people, regardless of the situation."
When Baba visited Europe, European margii sisters gave Baba a very memorable demonstration. Everyone knows this famous story. There was a rule in Ananda Marga stating that Baba didn’t want margii sisters to be alone with Him in any situation. The European margii sisters were very upset about this rule. One day, a margii sister, along with others, sang “Baba Nam Kevalam” outside the house where Baba was staying to express their disagreement. This demonstration made Baba very angry, and those sisters were ultimately expelled from the organization.
I’ve heard from many dadas and didis that American margiis cannot endure any form of harshness. If they experience it, they may leave the organization for good. Many American followers haven’t met Baba, or if they have, they haven’t seen him angry. When Baba gets angry, as I’ve mentioned before, it’s like a tornado and thunder, shaking the whole universe. I was fortunate to be with him for 15 days, during which Baba revealed all his different sides. It’s quite an experience to be with a realized soul.

Many American followers haven’t met BaBa; or, if they have, they haven’t seen him angry. When BaBa gets angry, as I’ve mentioned before, it’s like a tornado and thunder, shaking the whole universe. I was fortunate to be with him for 15 days, during which BaBa revealed all his different sides. It’s quite an experience to be with a realized soul.
This morning, I read the first edition of my book, printed in 1980. The first article was titled “The History of Tantra”.
This summer, I was in China and introduced the history of Tantra to the margiis there. They loved it. The last time I did something similar was in 2017, but that was with non-margiis. I felt it was necessary because I realized that no one seemed to know about it. Many schools in China claim to have comprehensive systems, but I find that hard to believe. Their methods, aside from the six lessons, don’t seem to offer other ways to practice.
In 1978, BaBa came to Taiwan and shared the history of Tantra with us. We need to go back to 7000 years ago. Even Hindi people didn’t like what BaBa said. Tantra in China even earlier than India. Before that, no one was aware of it. Even today, many Buddhists still believe Tantra originated in Tibet. Whenever we talk about Tantra, people immediately think of Tibetan Tantra, which leads to a lot of misunderstanding. Additionally, many Hindus prefer not to discuss anything from more than 3,500 years ago, further fueling the misconceptions. No Western people really know the History of Tantra because they have no idea about the Tantra in China 6000 years ago. Indian Tantan is 5000 years ago.
Now, the history of Tantra is clearer, but Aryan Indians still hesitate to acknowledge it. After all, Hindus are seen as the most influential in terms of spiritual essence. Shakyamuni (the Buddha) was also familiar with Tantra practice and taught it to his followers, including Ruohoruo. His son became renowned for his mastery of Tantra and was considered the best among the 100 disciples. Unfortunately, this is no longer mentioned. Buddhist followers today are unaware of how to practice it.
Only Shaivism has managed to preserve Tantra practices to this day. BaBa revived Tantra and introduced new elements to it, ensuring its continued relevance.
悟是一个什么状态?其人身心和灵又有着哪些变化?几千年以来,在中国没有出现一个悟道的人,所以没有人知道世尊悟道的时候,是什么状况,我们认识的Shrii Ananda Murti, 也就是我们的上师。Ananda Murti是一个悟道的再来人,意思就是天生就悟的人,ShaykyaMuni 要修了六年才悟道, 我们虽然是Ananda Murti的追随者,也只是有些微的认识他,也只认识到一些皮毛,毕竟Shrii Shrii Ananda Murti说过了:“我是神秘的,以前如此,现在如此,未来还是如此”。谁能说出他是谁呢?他是怎么一回事?只能说:“他是全能的,无所不在的,无所不能的” ,坛经六组常说悟了这,悟了那,你要是广东人,才能明白他所说的悟是什么意思, 广东人说悟的意思,加上礼貌的态度说话, 意思就是说:“是,我懂了” ,那跟一般人讲“悟”是不一样的意思,那是在里边含有着感情的意识,并不是说我悟道了,跟世尊六年来不眠不休的静坐参禅的觉悟是不同的。在读坛经的人,要慎之又慎。在读坛经的时候,有个广东人在一旁伴读最好,不要误解六祖的意思。
巴巴说这个人是谁? 有人知道吗? 一千五百年前,有一位中国人到孟加拉教导密宗修行, 中兴了中国密宗,这位伟大的行者就是塔哈乌江。
BaBa said that most of history was fake and needed to be rewritten. When BaBa spoke about a specific period in history, did you think he was simply assuming how it happened? No, he presented the facts—exactly what happened and exactly how it happened.
Out there, many historians claim to write history, but how can they accurately record events they don’t truly know? They couldn’t do it. All they could do was assume how it happened—and that’s not real history.
What is the state of "enlightenment"? How does it transform a person’s body, mind, and spirit? For thousands of years, there has not been a single enlightened person in China, so no one truly knows what it was like when the Buddha attained enlightenment. However, we know of Shrii Ananda Murti, who is our revered teacher. Ananda Murti is said to be someone born enlightened, a reincarnated enlightened being. While Shakyamuni Buddha spent six years in rigorous practice before attaining enlightenment, we, as followers of Ananda Murti, only have a superficial understanding of him at best. After all, Shrii Shrii Ananda Murti once said, "I was a mystery, I am a mystery, and I shall always remain a mystery.” I was mysterious, and in the future, I’m still mysterious.” Who can truly say who he is or fully grasp his essence? One can only describe him as "omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient."
The Sixth Patriarch of the Platform Sutra often mentioned enlightenment in various forms, but to truly understand what he meant by "enlightenment," it helps if you are a native of Guangdong. In Guangdong dialect, "悟" (wù) not only means "to understand" but, when spoken with a polite tone, conveys a deeper emotional awareness. It’s akin to saying, "Yes, I understand," with heartfelt conviction. This meaning of "悟" differs greatly from the enlightenment gained through the Buddha's six years of tireless meditation and introspection.
For those reading the Platform Sutra, extra caution is necessary. Ideally, having a person from Guangdong to read alongside you can help avoid misinterpretations of the Sixth Patriarch's teachings.
三花聚顶,五气朝元,玉液琼浆,少有人有此经验,那是因为顶轮在零时才会分泌的液汁,而且只有在每个月的阴历十五那一天,此时你在做静坐,心灵在很高的境地,顶轮会分泌出二至三滴的蜜汁,这就是所谓的”玉液琼浆”,液汁从头顶流出时,全身感觉到非常舒服,一股清流直下,丛头到脚,布满全身,清心,纯洁,芳香,如果此时你的心念,想的是世俗的事情,或不在高处,那么这二三滴的液汁,从顶轮分泌出来的玉液琼浆就会给俗世的热度烧掉无用了。
启蒙课使督脉通,再次使任脉通,带脉通,奇经八脉通后,再通阴维阳维,阴矫阳矫,脚舒服了,然后大周天,小周天转,再用第四课打通左脉,右脉,然后才会通中脉,通中脉之前,你会吐血七到十天左右,你读RamaKrishna 自传,他也提到这种现像,从此在海底轮觉醒的kundalini ,没有左脉右脉打的结所束缚,它准备往顶轮走,蚁行,蛙跃等方式上升,你会听到hum, hum之声,aum, 或笛声,如此锻炼,一步步走向头顶的susuna。这才叫做有完整的修法。今天能见到中脉通的人,千万年才会出现有一人。很多人动不动就说到他的kundalini 如此如此,在讲笑话呢,南怀瑾等高手都没这经验。
第一和第二阶段是开始, 第三第四阶段才是高段, 中间要经过吐血的阶段, 吐血的现像出现, 表示中脉开始通了,在Ramakrisna 的传记里有记载的,你不吐血就说到了高处,没门。你就会开始有神通出现, 这时候, 切记, 不能卷念,如果贪念某种神通,你就e会再进步,反而在倒退,有的一落千丈,再也回不来了。所以为什麽我们要有一个guru, 要有一个最高阶的guru, guru 就是上师。他是悟者,也能带领你悟道,修行的最后阶段要靠guru,古人说guru 有一把钥匙,guru高兴了,把 钥匙给你,你就能悟道。
你把第一课运用的非常熟悉,你就可以选择如何死亡,死亡的时间和地点,和你当时的想法。而不会死的不是时候,或是意外死。
记得拿了第一课时, 等到拿第二课,花了两年多的时间,
问:你来做什么?
答:学静坐。
问:干什么要学静坐?答:悟道。问:什么是道?答:道就是道。
释迦牟尼三日夜静坐,决心不悟不起坐,果然参悟。释迦牟尼悟时,悟了什么?之前与之后又有了什么改变?就只是一个“道”。
在三摩地中, 还呼吸否?
这里有很多的玛琪不相信我说的话。
没有时间的“异像”
在四度空间里,你开着车子,路过红绿灯,看到左右前后来往的车辆,但是你有没有进入更高维度的空间呢?我发现在“他心通”上,我跟巴巴不一样的地方; 是我从那个维度的空间回来到四度空间,很多时候,没有那么快速,偶尔也很快;有一次巴巴坐在我面前,我看到巴巴要读我的心思时,我就开始跟他玩一种游戏,我让巴巴读不到我的思想,由这个例子,你就知道“他心通”不是在这四度空间发生的,你要到了某一维度空间去执行这项工作,就是“读人心思”。 有一次我说了我有他心通,发现Madhu想要测试我,因为他不相信我说的话,我就跟他说, 你不需要测试我,你只要也有这种能力,我们立刻在心灵上就可以沟通,你能读我的心思,我能读你的心思,我们之间立刻就可以交通了。在高于四度空间,可以做些不同于平日所做的事情,看到不同的现象,比方说:开车不会有交通事故。在圣经创世纪第一章说到上帝的创造。第一天的创造,第二天的创造等等,到了第七天,造了亚当和夏娃。其实这是一个错误的陈述,从第一天到第七天,可以看到时序,时间都还没有创造出来,怎么会有时间差,要等到上帝创造了时间,那么宇宙才会出现时序,不是吗?在一次异象中,我处在高于四维空间,看到整个创造是同时发生,同时进行的。
六字大明咒
修行人的脊梁处尾端,有一条沉睡的灵蛇,”神灵”就在此处,但是是睡着了,如果他醒了,会是什么样呢?这位仁兄就有着强大的力量,成就全知全能,无所不知,无所不能,不需要读书,不需要到图书馆去翻资料,他具备整个宇宙的知识,因为它与至上意识合而为一,他就是至上意识,就是因为这条灵蛇被唤醒。
沉睡的灵蛇位在脊柱尾端,脊柱尾端的尾骨称为“KULAKUNDALINII”, “KUNDALINII”意思是”卷曲的形式态“。他是睡着的,一旦苏醒了,藉由修行,经由禅定 (DHYANA)禅修(CHAN, CHEN, ZEN),灵蛇就能往上窜,循着脊椎往上走,当接触到顶端的松果体,人就与至上意识合一,他就是至上意识,每个人都有这尾骨,每个人都有这条灵蛇 , 经由修行,或密宗的锻炼,道家,瑜伽的练习, 运用一种特殊的动能,这个动能就是 ”DIIPANII ”,灵蛇藉由此动能往上攀升,最终到达顶峰,接触到松果体,他就是至上意识。而这个KULAKUNDALINII, 在古梵文就是 “MANIPADMA” ,或谓之“ MAHAMANIPADMA” , 或叫作“MUNIPADMA” , 又叫作“MAHAMUNIPADMA”; “MAHAMUNI” 就是佛陀, “MAHAMUNI” 的意思是“ 伟大的圣人”, 因为AUM,使我们想到至上意识,“MANIPADMA” 就是指沉睡的灵蛇之所在的位置, 所以当重复 念 “ AUM MANIPADME HUM” 我知道我身上有一条沉睡的灵蛇, 就在脊柱尾骨,我要唤醒这 条沉睡的灵蛇, 而且循著脊柱把它拉上来,经过各样各式的障碍, 提升灵性到更高,越来越高的层次, 要经过50x2x10 = 1000, 千百种困难, 扫除掉这1000种瑕疵,你要战斗,你要提升,让此灵能,能提升到头顶顶端,接触到松果体,松果体能够控制这1000种瑕疵,其合音就是用”HUM“ 来代表。至上意思藉着人体脊柱的顶端就是松果体,称为”BRAMARANDRA” 。你现在非常清楚到大乘佛教为什么用这个六字明咒”AUM MANIPADME HUM”来修练。佛教信徒岂能不知其理,他们应该知道却不明白六字明咒的内涵意义。
美丽。清新。芳香。
断食完复食后,会有一段时期,身体会散发出一股清新芳香的气息,闻出来竟是一股檀香味,散发全身,整天都会闻檀香味,感觉轻松自在,那是源于下丹田的作用。我在这种情境下有两年之久, 之后,有时候有闻到。
One time, out of curiosity, I entered my mother-in-law's body. I went to her brain and discovered it was scattered into pieces. The condition terrified me, and I quickly came out of her body. You know what? It took me several days to feel normal again. During that time, my brain couldn't retain memories.
Visha Mitra didn’t believe me, and most of the eco-village margiis didn’t believe me either. But that’s normal.
Chakra Breating, 丹田呼吸
做静坐的时候。你的舌头要顶住上颚, 丹田呼吸是一种自然的现象,发起的时候, 先会吸一口长长的气,从丹田一直吸到头,然后嘎然而止, 喀嚓一声, 呼吸停止,然后从你的Chaka或者在丹田的部位,开始上下起伏。上来的时候,就是吸气, 下去的时候吐气。 但是不从你的鼻孔而是在丹田。吸气是在吸你身体里面的气而不是外面的气, 吐气的时候,也是一样。因为丹田呼吸的时候所用到的氧量很少,这就是所谓的丹田呼吸。此时你是在很深层的禅定中。这个时候, 你的心还在, 所以你知道,但是下一秒就进入三摩地。
禅定
为了要能做高深的禅定,就会经过这些过程,总之你要有一副强健的身体,否则不会进入深层的静坐, 和强烈的集中力,要有强力的集中力, 一定要有强而粗壮的神经来支持,在我认识静坐的深蒂之前, 我以为做静坐可以很快恢复体力,可以代替睡眠, 这就是静坐的好处,经过多年的静坐,我是从幼儿就开始对静坐有兴趣,买了很多书来看,学习怎么静坐,佛家讲空,也没清楚的说明什么是空,顶多告诉你数息法,牵引法。 数息法就是一呼一吸, 一呼一吸为一次, 你就数一次, 要在什么时候数呢?就是在吐气的时候数, 要记住,一定要在吐气的时候数一, 第二次就在吐气的时候数二, 如此,一直数下去,如果心里在数数字的时候, 有想到其他的事情, 就要重新开始数一, 一直数下去。数到五百一千。数息法有两种:一种就是一直数下去。另外一种就是数到十,然后从十倒数, 数到一, 中间不能有任何杂念, 任何杂念起, 就要从一开始数,另外一种就是牵引法; 就好像牵着马, 把马绑在一处。你心里要有一个集中点: 比方说,你心里要有一个集中点,如果你的心轮就是你的集中点, 如果你的念头开始散乱,走到别处, 你就要把它牵回来, 回到自己的集中点。接着就注意到你的呼吸, 不要有任何杂念,一吸一吐,一吐一吸, 中间不能有任何杂念。杂念起, 逛到他处,你就要把它牵回来, 回到你的心轮。道家比较着重身体的健康,他们是先要把身体搞好,瑜伽的第二轮,瑜伽的第二轮, 就是道家讲的下丹田,下丹田就在你的脐轮和你的海底轮中间处, 如果静坐时,把你的集中点集中在下丹田处静坐, 你就不会生病, 但是对你修心修性没有任何的帮助。
现在我要讲讲气机的作用,其实气机的周转是不停地, 不管你静坐不静坐, 气机都在转,有时后转到头, 有时后转到胃, 有时后转到脚, 身体就会发起各种不同的变化,没有在静坐,你就不知道,你静坐的时候, 就会发觉到这气机所到的地方, 气机转到脚是最舒服的,你能坐很久,很久都不会想起坐, 气机转到胃的时后,就会乱,端看你吃的食物而定, 食物不消化,就更乱,其实这就是打坐者常说的:今天我有个好的静坐,或者说今天静坐心很乱,等等。,究其原因就是这气机的影响,气机转在佛家的语词为“转法轮”,从尾椎开始发动,起先你不会觉得,气机在密宗的词就是Prana, “生命能量”的意思, 身体里面的能量, 因静坐聚成一个核心, 就是道家所谓的炼丹, 其结果能维持身体的存活与其运作的一致性。”PRANA” 密宗经典说: “Dehaken drikani Parinamabhutani balani pranah”
我有他心通,跟我亲近又相处在一起长久的人,也会有他心通。Rudranii现在也变得非常的敏感,但是她受不了。 有他心通不是一个好的现象?如果你的禅定功夫不够, 就会受到外界的影响, 受到外面的影响太大太多,而自己又不能控制,你就会受不了。有一位澳洲玛琪想成为上帝, 巴巴就给他当上帝, 他当了上帝没多久, 一大堆的念头,花拉花拉地落到他的头上, 他受不,拜托巴巴把这个力量收回去。所以说到第三阶段的人,禅定的功夫上是很了不起的。
