弘仁見性之作

American margii think they can understand it right away. They think they know a lot. They like to be a teacher. That's why many family acarya comes from American. Numbers are great, but no one knows.

Sleeping Meditation on the Chair

You have to memorize Ananda Sutra. If you don't have Ananda Sutra in mind, you don't know what Ba'Ba' says. When you do meditation, you don't sit in Lotus . You don't know how to do meditation. Attention, some of acarya explain how to sit in lotus. How to sit in lotus for long? All are wrong. There is a very simple way to train yourself. So far, i don't see any acarya knows the answer. Western world did not have a good beginning of meditation training. We should complained Vivekananda and Yogananda. Yogananda came to U.S. he taught Americans to sit on the chair. Why? You know the answer. Yogananda wanted people to think meditation is the best way to rest or to sleep. Now, American think it's the right way to do meditation is to sit on the chair. There is nothing wrong to sit on a chair. They don't know meditation is a never ending struggle. It is a fight between life and death. It is a way to know the truth. It is a way to know God. It is a way to live as a human being. Shallow speaking, when you go deep, you bring some of your samskara (samsara in Buddhist term) mature. Suffering sprouts. Deeper, suffer more. It is really not the peace which you think or you are looking for. When we started to meditate, we sit on half lotus. Because we could not sit in lotus posture from the beginning. Makes the bones flexible first. Eat sentient food. Not agreesive, humble, and change from inside out and ourside in. days practice, years practice and life after life. No need to hurry.
