Continued about Tantra and Sex

1.Long time ago, i found out a kind of meditation to transfer the sexual energy.  i need to do it first thing in the morning.  a few years later, BaBa gave a meditation lesson to the public.  it is called pancajanya.

2.After 1980 , we had a group of margiis like to do long meditation.  on Saturday and Sunday, we, a small group of margiis did hiking on the mountain traking path.  After we arrive our place, we started to do long meditation, 3 hours, 5 hours, etc.  somehow, later BaBa taught the public sadhana shiver.  

3. regarding kiirtan, everybody knows how to do kiirtan.  But no one yet knows how to do it properly.  No one can explain how to do it in a way BaBa does in a nice way.  if you can do kiirtan properly, you can uplift your mind faster than others, i mean when you sit down to do meditation, you can go into samadhi right away under your control.  if you are interested to know how, read the book of "BaBa in Taiwan" carefully.  i was there when BaBa explained it how to do kiirtan.  you must follow what he said step by step. 

actually before BaBa came to taiwan, i had many questions in mind, all questions came from taoism practice, buddhism meditation etc. in His darshan, BaBa answer all the questions i had. took me 20 years to digest every single detail.  "BaBa in Taiwan"  is a very nice book for the beginner and for senior margiis.  even you can learn to control kundalinii through kiirtan.  you can cure many deseases, cancer, any emotional complex, you know, BE ONE WITH "LOVE" is the key, etc.................

4.BaBa taught me 10 sounds of manipura cakra.  that's for a special meditation. people knows, knows what i'm talking about.

5.we all have 6 lessons, then, i have lesson 7, lesson 8 and more.  

i can give you many examples the secrets i have.  some are no more a secret.  some still a secret to the public.  

Tantra and Sex

When you see people used "tantra" with "sex", you knew they made a big mistake.  They must mess up kundalini with sexual energy.   Spiritual Tantra talks kundalini.  Kundalini is not sexual energy.  Sexual energy is crude energy.  It is physical energy.  Worldly tantra talks about sexual energy, not kundalini-- two different products.  Kundalinii is a devine force and we called it Shiva Shaktii when it reaches sahasrara cake.  Kama means passion or physical desire. So you know what is kama yoga.  Don't practice with the wrong concept and with the wrong people. When people made this kind of mistake, they are far away from spiritual practice.  That's why they say how many times a month, we need balance, etc. 

In Buddhism, It mentions three levels of desire.  Below manipura cakra, it is called "desire" world, between manipura cakra and anahata cakra, it is called  "colorful world", color means all the tamatras come from different organs; above anahata cakra, it is called "no color world".  Started from anahata cakra and below all cakras would affect animal impulse desire in human being; above it, would effect the spiritual desire.  That's the reason why some sadhana teaching, their focus point only above annahata cake, we do the same.  Taoism, generally speaking, focus point is on the first or second cake.  Interesting thing is focusing on the 2nd cakra, really, you don't need to do asana and you can keep a healthy body.  But it provokes sexual desire.  All margii knows the reason why.  After long practice, they can keep their body for longer years, say over a thousand years.  You can get more information from taoism sutras.  What mentioned here is only an iceberg from china cara, In case of you are interested in knowing it.  that's why i write a little bit about it here.

There is a bottleneck on the practice for every single sadhaka-- how to save "energy" in the savings account?  The energy to open up all the channels for raise up kundalini.  We should start our spiritual practice as earlier as possible.  when  "age 5 ".  When a person is over 40 or older, still looks for the 2nd spring or the third spring, There is no scope of spiritual transformation with him or her.  40 is the age our system function is going down.  Regarding the physical energy transformation, the one who knows the secret will transcend the first stage and the second stage of sadhana directly into the third stage-ekendriya.  They are on the way to vashiikara.   Worldly sadhaka shuttles around yatamana and veyatireka back and forth.
